Garmadon Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 (edited) After watching the episode 24 3 times , I think the thing we saw before really WAS Garmatron (though I don't know why we saw it before). That is, the set Garmatron, the thing we saw before and the super weapon are Garmatron. Cause you know when the Ninja were taking the "dark matter" to the top of the thing they saw a "cannon" Which in all likelyhood was the bomb thing in the set. Also, the golden heap called Garmatron at the end of the episode was WAY to big to just be the weapon that Garmadon has in the Temple of Light set. That weapon is probably just like the Lightning thing Garmadon had in the first sets: It was in the sets, but never in the movie. Just my theory though: no bets Edited November 1, 2012 by Garmadon Quote
PenPlays Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 (edited) USE SPOILER TABS!!! EDIT: Much appreciated. And try to do that until the episode airs in North America, okay? Edited November 1, 2012 by Penkid11 Quote
Garmadon Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Sorry, got it in a spoiler now . I'll try not to do it again. Quote
Kai NRG Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 The next episode (25, Return of the Overlord) in bad quality: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmvUxjOAn78&feature=plcp I thought this was a really great episode, although better quality would make it much more understandable! Quote
Garmadon Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Well, I certainly expected more from that episode. The Overlord( if that is what you want to call him) is disgusting, IMHO. Also, Lego did a much better job on Garmadon when he was bad then on any of the other people that get turned evil (that means I'm not including snakes or skeletons, both of which are pretty cool). DraikNova Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 (edited) Wow. That's pretty awesome. I have a feeling that Ninjago (and in particular Nya) will be turned good again with the use of Lloyd's powers though. And Garmadon-Overlord (Garmalord? Overdon?) is just plain scary. I wasn't expecting something like that to happen at all, although I was pretty sure the Overlord was going to betray Garmadon. EDIT: Final trailer! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z40cu5dz-Vc The golden robot looks awesome, albeit quickly defeated. I wonder if the golden dragon becomes an actual creature when Lloyd uses his powers on the Ultra Dragon? Edited November 3, 2012 by DraikNova Quote

I wonder if the golden dragon becomes an actual creature when Lloyd uses his powers on the Ultra Dragon? Yeah, how ironic is it that Lord Garmadon would fall into the same basic "Master Plan" he had laid for Samukai? Anyway, this further confirms me in the opinion that he will ultimatly sacrifice himself to save his son, reunite the two halfs of Ninjago, and perpetually banish the Overlord into. . . IDK, oblivion? I doubt the Golden Robot was actualy defeated just by loosing a hand and falling down. If that were the case I'm not sure even LEGO would give it a set appearence. Quote
DraikNova Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 (edited) I wonder how the islands will be reunited. Edited November 3, 2012 by DraikNova Quote
Kai NRG Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 I wonder how the islands will be reunited. That certainly a good question, but I'm sure it will be done. You just couldn't have a happy ending if there were still a "dark side" in/near Ninjago! Quote
TheRedGuy Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 I just had to mention that the Overlord looks absolutely disgusting. Quote
DraikNova Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Probably has some connection to the fact that Ninjago and the Dark Island form a ying-yang symbol. Quote
Kai NRG Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 I just had to mention that the Overlord looks absolutely disgusting. Agreed! What's with the purple slits for eyes and the bizzar claws? Quote
Speedza-Demon Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 The Overlord reminds me of a Gremlin in his new form, for some reason. It's disappointing that he looks nothing like this in the set, though. Quote
Garmadon Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I just had to mention that the Overlord looks absolutely disgusting. I totally agree. Quote
Lightning Dragon Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I just had to mention that the Overlord looks absolutely disgusting. I, like the others, agree completely. Quote
DraikNova Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Why does no one like the Overlord? I think he looks pretty awesome. Quote
Tobias_Jay Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I agree with DraikNova, I think he looks boss! Quote
MakutaNocturn Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I think in the last episode Garmadon will turn good. Quote
DraikNova Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I think so too, but since it´s speculation, it doesn´t really need a spoiler tag. Anyway, I think he might actually turn back into his `pre-undead`-form. Quote
TheRedGuy Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I wouldn't think that he looks disgusting if it wasn't for those limbs. Quote
PenPlays Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I couldn't take it! I watched the episodes. Is it just me or did the Dark Lord say "Your father is gone" or something of that sense. Maybe that the way Garmadon is killed off, its implied rather than physically shown. On another note, I'm getting those final episode jitters again. Episode 25 was so climatic that it almost hurt. I loved it! Also I would like to point out that now we know that Garmatron is ...well Garmatron. I love the effect those bombs have when they land. On that, I'm almost sad for Nya (shes important again, yay!) She has been there waiting there for the prophesy to be fulfilled, and it looks like she won't be there to see it. I loved how they made that Destiny analogy with the fragment of the bounty. Sorry for the long spoiler window I must agree with DraikNova. I think the Dark Lord is epic! The fact that its really Garmy on the inside sweetens the deal. I have to ask, on the head of the Garmadon in Temple of Light, is it a printed version of the Dark Lord head? Quote
Gatanui Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Well, that was scary. LEGO seems to like making it seem like all is lost (as in BIONICLE). -Gata Quote
