Since when did we have official descriptions of episode 31 onwards? They seem to have some good points, but I feel like they made up some of those 'official descriptions'.

Allow me to deny most of this info on that particular page of that speculation website.

Evil Wu has been shown to be an important character (at least for one episode). If these descriptions were true, where is he?

Pythor may also be part of a Lego Ninjago: Nindroids sub-story that can only be found on the game. Whether that is entirely true is yet to be determined.

The rest of the speculation site is full of nonsensical "theories" and fan-fic.

The theme song sounds so funny in Korean...

The quality of the video is fine, but the idea of recording another Youtube video(Which(The original) I can't find. Whoop-dee-do.) is just plain stupid, especially when skipping parts of the episode.

And that preview looked terrible. It spoiled the second half, the music was the same the entire time, and the fade to black was overused too much.

I won't judge the episode until it's in English, but did anyone find the Jay/Cole fight completely out of character?

I can imagine what they're fighting over.

Today I found this interview with the Hageman brothers from back in January. It's really fascinating and gives a lot of insight into what the experience of writing the show has been like for them. It's also clear that they have a lot of passion for the project. I'm very glad that they're still in charge of writing the series, and that they're on board to pen the upcoming Ninjago theatrical film. The Hageman brothers and the LEGO Group make great creative partners.

Mr. Jedi Guy looks suspiciously like Mr. Chumsworth. Also, what's up with the Digilord's partial pixelation in that scene? Is that basement old enough for a digital screen to have started decaying somehow?

Disclaimer: the following spoiler tag may contain ranting.

Anyway, while some of the subtext during the first Pixal & Zane scenes could be guessed, I think I'll pass judgement on this until I see the English version.

Back to the ranting, how do electric eels' shocks provide permanent power sources for Evil Wu and the Nindroids? Do they give them enough power to jump-start emergency generators?

And isn't the Overlord in his various incarnations to have a theme of darkness? Because, if so, why is he using lasers (a beam of light)?

How does Garmadon survive falling at several meters a second into a pile of rocks moving upwards? He was falling for about five seconds, which means he was moving at about 50 meters/second. Let's say it took the rock about ten milliseconds to slow him down completely. That means he survived about 500 g-forces. Even though this calculation was done with Earth gravity (Ninjago seems like it may be on a rather small planet, if the islands are any indication) and assuming "normal" passage of time (even different emotions can affect perception of time. If you are assume for the purposes of meaningless ranting that the Ninjago minifigs are a different species, that could affect their perception of time to a ridiculous extent), that deceleration should still be fatal.

On the positive side, I think we saw the description of that bird in one of the "Explore Ninjago" sections. And the wireless connection on the Falcon is awesome. It didn't even have to pause for buffering once.

I just don't know what to say! I thought it was Pythor the stranger and I was right! Also the golden master is the same minifig in the battle for ninjago city set. They might have been talking of the Overlord.

For your viewing pleasure.

Blackout

The Curse of the Golden Master

These episodes just keep getting better and better!

I'm loving the color updates to Ed and Edna's Scrap 'n Junk.

The concept behind the Electrocondrai was interesting to say the least. I just hope that we get to see more of Cryptor and the Nindroids again.

I'm also really, really glad we got a scene where Dareth actually did something heroic. I'm sure there is something more to him than meets the eye.

I can't believe that I was spoiled that Pythor was coming back, because his return would have made me so much more excited for the future of the series (not that I'm not excited now. Heck I can't wait for more episodes.)

The fact that Cyrus Borg was back from his possessed state disappointed me a little. He's such a cool minifigure. He didn't deserve only one episode in a moderate spotlight.

And while we are on gripes, Garmadon's constant restating of the same general idea has been really getting on my nerves. I need him to break free from this whole pacifist thing and kick some Tech Wu tail!

Speaking of Tech Wu. I'm loving the whole electro-staff thing. I'm sure that will play a part in a future episode.

Am I the only one that laughed out loud when I saw that Scales started a family. The whole concept of the Serpentine has been brought a new light after these episodes. Giving actual meaning to their being underground was different, but not as strange as when Acidicus (the Venomari General/ Elder for the uninitiated) mentions that the First Spinjitzu Master created the Serpentine in the first place! Wonderful, yet moderate plot-twist that one.

I have surmised that I now NEED an Albinocondrai Pythor. The only special parts would be a white Anacondrai head and a white Wyldstyle hood. I hope we get more of Pythor, as he, to date is the most fleshed out villain that has yet to be redeemed as a good-guy.

OHHHHH MMMYYYYYY LAAANNNNNTTTTAAAAA

These episode were so intense. I have a feeling Pythor was the stangers. But then the love triangle was just a mess. Pixal was brought back. Lloyd was captured by Pythor and the Overlord...again...and then the end with Garamadon....soooo many feels.

and then we won't get new episodes until July....sorry for the rants

Hey everyone, I just got into Ninjago a couple weeks ago, I've been missing out for the last three years! Even though it was conceived as an advertisement, it is an amazing TV series that's better than many animated shows. Here's my thoughts on the two newest episodes:

It was great to see the Serpentine again. I wonder how fast they grow. It seems to be less than a year since last season and Skales Junior would probably be 5-6ish as a human, but I'm not sure about how Serpentine age. I didn't really catch everything that Acidicus said because of his voice, but I understood the basic story (kind of). It was interesting to see the artwork used during stories differently. I think that Skales's wife is the first female Serpentine that we've seen, but I don't think it was necessary to make her pink to make her look female. I wasn't sure that Pythor was the stranger at first and when they found a white scale I thought it was a Hypnobrai scout or a Fangpyre. I wonder how much Lloyd will use his new power now. It was great seeing the mailman in New Ninjago City

I hope that there will be more episodes before July. I don't think they should put that much space between episodes, but at least they air two at a time.

I wonder how it will get any better than this? If they destroy the Overlord at the end of this season, they would have destroyed the source of evil in Ninjago. Who will be the enemy next year if they eliminate

the Overlord, Pythor, and the Serpentine as real enemies. We haven't even seen Kruncha, Nuckal, and the Skeleton Army in this season!

I love this season, but I am not sure how they can get any better. I hope they can, as it would be incredible!

My thoughts on the latest episodes.

Sadly I spoiled Pythor's return but I didn't know he turned albino! I like that they gave us a backstory on how the serpentine were created. I hope that Zane regains his full fighting strength, I don't really like that he needs PIXAL to use Spinjitzu. Overall two awesome episodes. June/July/whenever the new episodes come out can't come soon enough!

I'm hoping for the next two episodes to release in July. I would like the last two episodes to release in October, to have some sort of overall layout. I don't like binge-watching everything first day.

And ever since the second season, I've slowly been getting less excited about this show. I still enjoy the episodes, but these two annoyed me a lot. The Jay and Nya status quo has turned into a fangirl shipping war.(Greg Farshtey saying he thinks Cole and Nya would be a better match sure doesn't help...) Garmadon cannot stop rambling about being a pacifist. General Cryptor feels to me like he's being underused.

And the Serpentine have really been overused these past two seasons. Of course they needed to be used in season one, but why do we HAVE to see them starting a peaceful civilization down below?(For that matter, I thought the pink Hypnobrai concept would be much more plausible if we saw them in the first episode of the show. I honestly thought that she was a half Anacondrai from Pythor's stomach...) it seems this is for all the people who think that the villains are really good characters because they like them-not exactly something you would want kids to do in real life.

And where is Samukai?!?!?! Everyone else can come back to life, why not him?

Sorry for my rant. I actually did still enjoy the new episodes. But as crazy as I sounds, I'm starting to enjoy Chima a lot more.

He poofed.

It is the only way to legitimately die in Ninjago, besides dying of old age, a la Dr. Julien.

Even a Serpentine fell in lava and jumped out. The pirates died, but were brought back to life, then poofed.

I don't recall the Pirate's going poof again...

But this makes me realize something...
