Well what i want is sets like:

Death Star playset, bigger than the cloud city would be great.

A CW style RGS, the shark faced one would really be great

Ewok village much like the one already suggested

More Jedi Knights!! Come on lego we need more.

Those sets i would love to see next year, however i think we will get some like the ones below. If you watch the new CW trailer most of these can be seen, so this is what i suspect:

A new Re-release, possibly an AT-TE

A V-Wing seems likely also judging by the small pics weve seen

New Jedi's Plo Koon, Shaak Ti and Ki Adi would be great to have

This would be a great set, but the shark face would be just a sticker so you could make it youself.

Ki-Adi-Mundi Fig! People keep making poor looking customs, so why can't lego make one?

But what I really want is a Geonosis Arena Set. It would come with Jedis, Battle Droids (and Supers), Destroyer (Droideka), Jango, Boba, Count Dooku, Mace Windu, Yoda, some clones. and those monster creatures (Aacklay, and the other 2).

And I thought of getting the MTT but then I thought I think it would be better if the clones had a battlement

Such as a Bigger Turbo tank with 20 troops

Or since there doing the Star Wars Cartoon series have the Cartoon Republic Gunship style paint.

I have relised that it would be costly for us and lego to make so many troops.

I watched Ep. 2 last night and i reckon TLC should make a clone factory, Jango's room(cheap way 2 get Jango Fett), the droid factory, the bit where the reek and stuff comes to attack obi, ani and padme and Ep. II battle packs with geanosons, tanned droids, droidicas and a light blue SBD. and of course Ep. 2 clones with a jedi jimmy!!

Good idea! they should also include Boba Fett Darth Vader and Chewie. they should also make a mechonism that turns Solo and carbonite!

Me too, the KOTOR has some amazing ships and figs. I would love a Darth Revan, Malek or Mission Vao fig and a nice ship like the hawk *wub*

As for a carbonite freezer well we had one in the cloud city set, that one was good so i wouldnt want another.

Same here...it's one of those things that I would have assumed was a no-brainer eight years ago when I got onboard with the LEGO Star Wars...I'm bummed that we haven't seen them yet. Maybe BrickForge or someone will start cranking them out at a reasonable price. I'd much rather have LEGO do it.

Yes but i really doubt we will get one, lego dosen't like doing playsets and we only get them every now and again. If they were to do another playset then i can think of better things to do then the freezing chamber again.
