Governor Mister Phes Posted October 7, 2013 Governor Posted October 7, 2013 (edited) Photo found in noriart's Flickr stream. From the official LEGO website: “Go away now!” The Island Warrior keeps vigilant watch over the forbidden cove of his enchanted island home. When he spots a ship sailing near, whether it flies the skull-and-crossbones or the flag of the Imperial navy, he puts on his carved wooden mask and gets ready to drive off any un-neighborly visitors. Fortunately, he’s well prepared thanks to his friends. With a knowledge of traps learned from the Forest Maiden, lessons in stealth from the Elf, and the Leprechaun’s book full of pranks, the Island Warrior has everything he needs to send any pesky plunderers who try to invade his island packing! dgherko Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Hard to find... two to a case, most places are picked over. Only have two so far. Favorite of this series, detail is amazing Quote
studdles Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Love this guy, and already seen him in a few great MOCs. Quote
-obelix- Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Great looking figure, nicely detailed, potential to be a good addition to any pirate MOC. Sadly I don't own any, but I definitely will! Quote
Niku Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I use it along the aztec and the mohawk warrior as my maya population. I dont have any of the ancient islanders so I really want more of this minifig. Quote
UberlegoTV Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Hard to find... two to a case, most places are picked over. Only have two so far. Favorite of this series, detail is amazing Well then I had some good luck because i got both from a box :D Quote
David Thomsen Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 All of mine had bent masks because the soft rubber bends when people pick over the box. :( I store my islanders built up with some string around the head to try to get the rubber to 'remember' where it should be. I wish Lego wouldn't put easily damageable pieces in the minifigs, or would protect them in some way. Quote
Fordo Baggins Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 I have brought nearly 14 thinking that they were the islander. Quote
Captain Fortune Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Not bad, but there is nothing like the old Islanders. Quote
