Jim Posted October 21, 2013 Author Posted October 21, 2013 What about chain links ? Do they need to be counted as well ???? My one model uses some chain links . Maybe it's in the rules somewhere Quote
TechnicHead41 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Ohh ! I must have overlooked that . Time to read all the threads then. Quote

Doc_Brown Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I read the rules again and can't see anything that answers my question, so here it is. If the three models relate to each other (not interact with each other), can they be different scales? Quote

Jim Posted October 22, 2013 Author Posted October 22, 2013 Sure, no problem. Although the same scale might give you a better chance of winning After all, it's supposed to be a set. Quote
dhc6twinotter Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 There are some really great entries thus far! It's great to see what people are coming up with! I know what I want to build, but I'm not sure I'll have enough time. I'm overseas now and won't have access to my LEGO until the 7th. I'll be cutting it close, but thankfully, my idea is fairly simple and will only have an XL and servo motor. Thanks for the free 'move' ... but it ain't Massey, nor is it Ferguson ... Case? Quote
BobSmithHello55 Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Has the entry topic already come out? If not, when is it going to be created? Quote
Jim Posted October 23, 2013 Author Posted October 23, 2013 Has the entry topic already come out? If not, when is it going to be created? It sure has! It's even pinned, so it should be easy to find Here you go! http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=87611 Quote

JM1971 Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 (edited) Had a couple of idea that people could use, I dont have to parts or skill to do this :) (loads to choose from) (Truck, Trailer, Car) (3 Mini Coopers, but this might not be allowed) Edited October 25, 2013 by JM1971 Quote
TechnicHead41 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 After have seen the other entrys in this contest, i have been concerned about my harvester is going to be to big ??? I know that they have to be from medium to small scale models. But how small is medium scale ? Because i don't think i have the necessary tires to build such small models . Quote
Jim Posted October 28, 2013 Author Posted October 28, 2013 There are two perfect examples of small-to-medium scale Harvesters in the WIP topics. So my suggestion would be.....build something else! Quote
TechnicHead41 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 all right. thanks Jim, i think that i can scale my model down a bit more. But it might loose some functions. I will see what i can come up with. Quote
Jim Posted October 28, 2013 Author Posted October 28, 2013 I have updated the Information topic with the current WIP topics. Technic Triple Build Contest Information Quote
