Holy Hairpiece Batman!

I just got the battle of endor and on Leia's hairpiece, theres a hole in the top. I don't know if this has been posted before but has anyone else seen this?

It's supposed to. It was originally used for a Queen in Drawbridge Defence. The hole holds the crown

Post a picture Ritz Brick I'm very curious.

I'm sure it's not supposed to and you can contact TLC about a replacement part.

No, it does. Like prateek said, it was originally to hold the crown.

Actually it is for a crown. My sister has a crown from a Belville set that fits right in.

I think the questioned been answered enough times now!

Just to clarify, it's a semi-standard connection, so although it was designed for the Castle line, it'll also work with the afore-mentioned Belville crowns (both sizes), flower stalks, old style flames, and the newer short flames, to name a few of the more common.

It also works for Clone helmet accesseries, and the original flame- though not as easily with the latter. I like putting the helmet's on fire default_laugh_new.gif

I did mention the original flame, but I don't think the mods will appreciate it if we turn this into a list of what does and doesn't fit in that hole.

While I love lego, I know next to nothing about starwars. My son has asked for "good guys" for Christmas, to battle his drones (MTT) and various troopers. So aside from Rebel Troopers what qualifies as a "good guy" for the purpose of helping him have an army battle?

Thanks in advance.

He would be looking for Clone Troopers. They come in mostly Star Wars Clone Wars sets. They are not the same as Storm Troopers. What you will mostly see if figures that looking like the following.

They will be shown with various prints and armor.

If you can find it this would be a good set. It comes with four clones and a walker. They are all not the same and can be customized with these armor packs that are included.

Hope this helps. :classic:

If you're looking for something to battle something as big as an MTT, try this:

Unfotunately, it's an older set, so you'll have to look around to find it. Picture is a link to Bricklink.

jedi anyone?

What's that supposed to mean?

I'll merge this (in a few hours) with the "General LEGO Star Wars Questions"-topic as it has been answered.

Not sure I'm fond of this kind of topic.

Imagine the amount of topics if everyone would ask such questions, but you guys have answered kindly and there's been no rush of "what to buy"-topics, so I'll "take it easy"

I want to get this set, buts its very pricey and its taking me alot of time saving my VIP points and my extra dollars when I can...I noticed in the new USA mail catalog that it says its "limited quantities"...is this the next set to get discontinued? I asked the clerks at my Lego Store but they didnt seem to have much insight on it.

Anyone around here heard any rumors or any concrete facts? I just want to possibly wait until after the holidays and pick it up in Jan, but I dont want to miss it and be out in the cold...

and sorry if this has been addressed already. I used the search feature for Death Star Discontinued and didnt get anything in the first couple of pages.

Well, I meant that Cara should get him some jedi cause they are the main good guys and I was surprised no one mentioned them

If it says Limited Quantities, it means the production run is over, and soon as they sell the last box, they're done. So get it ASAP if you want it.

BTW, there's a topic to post questions like this here :classic:

I have merged this question into this thread. Hopefully KimT or Stash will have some info on the availability of 10188 for you. It really is a beauty of a set and I wouldn't hesitate to snap one up.

Quick question: When will Lego Star Wars III the clone wars be released? Amazon.com said October 2010, but this is obviously not true- Many other shopping sites are saying 2011. Some of the lego instruction booklets say Fall 2010, and Brickipedia says 2011.

Which of these sources is reliable?

Thanks.
