Phone them. You need the instructions manual because they might ask you for a number printed somewhere on the last page. I once bought the CTT on the aftermarket, and the Aayla Secura torso had a tiny misprint. I phoned them and they sent me a perfect one, no problem.

They're pretty good and quick on replacing faulty parts, they sent out another canopy for my Poes x-wing when it wouldn't close properly.

So I asked my wife to get me a Lego shop voucher for my birthday on the understanding that it had to be a couple of days early to catch the end of the May 4th sale. She missed this deadline so I'm wondering how to best use this voucher.

Does the Lego shop have sales on the big UCS Star Wars sets at any other time of year or is it just May 4th?

Prequel material is on the bottom of their list right now. It's really a push for TFA, solo movies, and other new stories. Now that TFA is out of the bag, I think the new push is on. The prequel material we're seeing this year is already stuff that had been in the works.

501st packs are one of those no-brainers that should've been done awhile ago. Like, in place of last year's weird Geonosis Troopers which didn't match anything from any source... it was just "How can we reuse these Airborne helmets?!", it seemed.

They could've easily done that pack in 501st deco (501st Airborne? Yes please!) but maybe they balked because they'd just made a 501st gigantic AT-RT recently... so having a better-scaled not-quite-AT-RT with a multi-stud-shooter could've been vetoed. Or maybe they didn't want two blue-themed BPs at the same time, what with the Senate Commandos set. Or...I don't know. But it really should've been there instead of the Poop Troops.

...it's still on my list to get, since it's useful as the Tydirium with the figures provided, as well as useful as an Imperial shuttle with Imperial characters. If we had the right pieces, I'd also try to make Leia's team that stole the shuttle in the first place from "Moving Target" (tho that team was down to 3 by the time they escaped in the shuttle: Leia in an Imp uniform, the Cerean communications specialist Kidi Aleri, and Nien Nunb)

I'd say that was luck. You always get a few spares, and if two guns aren't listed in the parts inventory at the back of the manual, I guess it's an extra.

I am picking up a bike for my daughter's birthday and was going to get the red arm 3P0 polly bag and noticed they have a discount code for $5 off on a purchase of 25 or more at toys r us. I was thinking of getting obi wan fighter 75135 or carbon freezing chamber 75137. I already have the slave 1 ucs so the boba fett/han figures are not really needed on my end. Which set do you think is better.

Get the Obi-Wans interceptor, I bought it and it is a really good set. The interceptor is my favorite star fighter, and the set is really worth the price.

I prefer 75137 myself and Ugnaught would make a nice addition to your UCS Slave 1; there's a nice review of it on Eurobricks (link) which may be of interest For future reference there's a general Q&A thread pinned to the top of the forum. I'll merge this with it in a bit

According to the Bricklink inventory (link) an extra 92738 blaster is included as standard (additional parts are located at the end of the list). I really ought to open my copy at some point, it looks like a great set
