Does anyone know if Lego has plans to make a set of Grievous,s ship the Invisible Hand ?

They kind of did a miniscale; you had to buy all the sets in certain wave, tear them apart, and get instructions from TLC.

Hope this helped, sorry I'm being a little vague.

Yeah, thanks KimT! Do you have instructions for the other CubeDudes as well?

That wasn't the Invisible Hand, that was the Malevolence. There has not been an Invisible Hand yet, and we don't know if there will be. If there was any information about that, it would be in the rumors thread.

Sorry, I get those confused.

Thanks for correcting me, though.

How likely do you think it is that Bossk will be in a mganet set?

There's always the possibility, but there are no guarantees. But based on the regularity of the magnet set releases the past couple of years, we might be able to see Bossk in one one of these days. Probably in a Bounty Hunter magnet set, especially now since there have been a ton of other bounty hunters to choose from (released recently or will be released) = Bane, Bossk, new Boba, Shahan, (Aurra), (Sugi), (Embo), the old Dengar, assassin droid - take your pick, there are a lot of possible combinations. default_laugh2.gif

Well, excluding droids, there are 27 minifigs this year that haven't been made into magnets yet, so I think it's safe to say it's a 27:1 chance.

How is that for a Threepio-style answer?

When will LSW end exactly? (Hopefully not in my lifetime)

Not for a while. The license has just been renewed for 2011, so I'd say until they run out of decent source material (I say decent because not everyone, specifically kids, follow the inifinite possibilities of EU).

I'm hoping they milk it longer for more anniversary sets. 2013 will be the 30th anniversary of ROTJ so here's hoping for some cool OT sets. CW season 3 will surely spark interest as well.

Here are pdf files. Someone used LDD to illustrate how to make them.

Yup, I am processing the scans and will upload them later today.

And then I'll post them in the Instructions topic that we actually have for such things.

I guess it's time to revive that topic for all to rediscover.

I wonder if they will make more Cubedudes at a future Star Wars event. I missed both (Cel V and Comic-Con) and would to get my hands on one somehow other than eBay and BL. Their price has raised too much for me.

Here's my general star wars question:

How does the animated Clone Wars from a few years back fit into the canon with the new CGI clone wars that is on air now? I watched the animated ones a few days ago, and I plan on catching up with the CGI in the next few weeks.

Please, no major spoilers though... (minor ones ok, obviously I've seen all the lego sets and know what characters are in it).

The old series spans all three years of the war, so the new series is supposedly just going to fit into a new timeline somewhere in the middle of the old series, however, whenever the new series contradicts any portion of the old series, comics, or novels, the new series is considered to be canon.

Well, I believe the original is before CGI up till shortly after the knighting scene. Then CGI is in and after it's over it goes back to animated. However, the second half of the animated version is futher contridictated by the book Labrynth of Evil.

Is the most recent Lego AT-TE to minifig scale or not? and if not, how much bigger does it need to be? In addition, the same question but directed to the new AT-RT in the new clone turbo tank?

Thanks very much,

AFAIK, the 7675 AT-TE is close to minifig scale but not quite. It is still smaller than what it should be (maybe four bricks taller would've done it), based on the scenes in the CW series and the movies. The CTT AT-RT is definitely small, the approximate size of the AT-RT should be something like this:

EDIT: I got curious and did a bit of research: The official AT-TE is 5m tall (and 13m long) compared to the standard height of 1.83m for the clone troopers. On the other hand, the 7675 AT-TE measures 20cm tall (by 39cm long) relative to the minifig height of ~4cm. So it seems that the 7675 AT-TE is minifig-scale dimensions/proportions-wise, so I take back my statement above.

I have a quick question, has this magnet set already been on the online Lego shop? I don't seem to find it there, and I'm hoping that it's not because it's already sold out.

I haven't spotted it anywhere yet.

So perhaps it's an X-Mas magnet set?

I have a question that's been bugging me. What happened when TLC packaged Ep. 3 Obi-Wans instead of fleshie Qui-Gons? Mistake?

You mean the Obi-wan head used for Qui-Gon in the 7665 Republic Cruiser? I tried to backread the reviews done in this set, and checked the set inventory of this set in BL, and it seems the 'recycled' Ep.3 Obi-wan head really is the official head of Qui-Gon for this set. I wouldn't say it's a mistake on TLG's part, but most probably a deliberate decision on their part to just reuse an existing head instead of making an upgraded fleshie Qui-Gon head. Correct me if I'm wrong but AFAIK there is no flesh version of the yellow Qui-Gon head (?)

Actually there is a fleshie Qui-gon jinn but most people got the obi wan kenobi head. So you had to phone them up for a replacment which I never did :hmpf_bad:

Thank you so much KielDaMan! This has really helped so far. Basically I am moding my AT-TE and now i am creating an interior that i know fits :classic:

One more question is, does anybody know how to get 2 AT-RT's into the AT-TE in lego form. I have watched episode 21 of TCW (S1) and I still cant understand how I can get two in there

(Just to clarify, the AT-RT's that I am using are the same ones from the new CTT)

Thanks very much,
