TLOR FETT Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Are the ID's Bricklink use not the same as LEGO ? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpb625 Quote
Saint Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I am not from USA. It would cost a lot. Send them an Email !! describe the part and what's wrong, with the set number and item number, you can go a long way. I don't know what country your from , but on the back is a number you can call business hours. Perhaps your country is stated as well !! grtz Saint Quote
Brickdoctor Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 You do need to call Customer Service or e-mail them. Also, have a proof of purchase handy, since you're trying to get a licensed part. (that's probably also the reason why it's not listed) Quote
JackJonespaw Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Hm. That's a good question. I tried to get a Tie Fighter Pilot's helmet, but they didn't have it listed. Somehow, I found a way to contact them and get it... Quote
Huntleyfx Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I cannot start a new thread yet, so I hope I can post this here. I have decided to sell off all my Star Wars LEGO sets (many still NIB). Is there a price guide to help determine value? The http://www.legopriceguide.com seems to be out of date. How can I find out the original MSRP? Where is the best place to sell them? Ebay? Amazon? Here? Somewhere else? I know there are flea markets that have LEGO booths. If I have to, I will take them there and see what I can get. I really wanna start collecting LEGO trains instead of Star Wars. More usable and easier to display. Brickset works well for original values, and Bricklink is what I usually use to determine fair market value. Also, expect a PM from me. Quote
AndyC Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 Are the ID's Bricklink use not the same as LEGO ? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpb625 They mostly, but not always match the LEGO Design ID but certainly not when it comes to printed pieces. That's not much help anyway because when getting direct from LEGO you need an Element ID (i.e. indentifying a piece in a specific colour) and not a Design ID. You can find that in the part list in the manual. Quote
TheCoolestJedi Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 hey anybody got any idea on how to make custom star wars minifigs? Quote
LEGOman273 Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 hey anybody got any idea on how to make custom star wars minifigs? Check in the Minifig Customization Workshop forum. They have lots of tips on how to make custom Minifigs. Quote

Vindicare Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Yes. I got a good chuckle out of this very informative answer. Quote
Fallenangel Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 It's no less edifying than the original question. Quote
Brickadeer Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Hi! Now that we have Commando Droids, I wonder what in your opinion resembles the Vibrosword at best: The Scythe (left) or the Katana (right) - or do you have other suggestions? Uploaded with ImageShack.us Quote
Huntleyfx Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 I would have to say the katana, it is probably the closest match you are going to get. Quote

Uploaded with ImageShack.us I think the Scythe. The Katana seems like it would be to big the the arms. Quote
Mr Man Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Hi! Now that we have Commando Droids, I wonder what in your opinion resembles the Vibrosword at best: the Scythe (left) or the Katana (right) - or do you have other suggestions? I think the Scythe would be a better choice, if it was the Katana, it would just look like a droid holding a Katana, i.e. like a costume or something. Quote
legolandia Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Katana resembles it most. At least the blade is 90% there. Quote
LEGOman273 Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 (edited) Not sure if this is the right thread. . . Does anyone have/is able to point me to, a pic of the scene in Episode I in the Theed Hangar, when Darth Maul appears and the Jedi prepare to confront him? I checked Wookipedia, but couldn't find anything I need it because I am planning to make an 8x8 vig of this scene for the CB. Edited February 2, 2012 by Legoman273 Quote

LEGOman273 Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Would a video work? Yes, but that messes up my plans! I will figure something out. Not to be greedy, but do you have a vid of the scene from ten seconds before that one starts? Quote
Fallenangel Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Might these help? (Go to '3501-3600'.) Quote
