DrJB are we talking about New Holland ???

or another make. Sorry but this time it's blue, because i have a lot of BLUE parts.

You got it ... but blue is ok as well ... as NH makes yellow forage harvesters, but blue tractors.

Some more progress of my forage harvester. But i got a little doubt about the size of it, i know that

it has to be medium or small scaled. So i hope not it's to big for the contest ????

So if Jim can clear some things up about the sizes i would be glad .. :classic:

Your main concern should be the piece count, and from the looks of it, you're getting there too fast:-) my truck is a lot smaller than your harvester, and I had to cut a lot, and come up with alternative solutions!

That being said, it looks good so far!

Thanks D3K !

I know i am getting there fast about the parts count, but have considered to shorten it by 5 to 7 studs.

Because the cutterhead will use 20-30 parts alone + the cab to.

20-30 Eh? I estimated the part count of my harvester's cutter to nearly a hundred. Also it seems I have competition ;)

Check my wip thread if you want to avoid similarities.

You might want to check Skppo's WIP for scale comparison. Your model might turn out a bit too big.

I think shortening it, is a good idea.
