HammerBro Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 I have been making some new figs and the product is the finished Council of Vanhorn along with two other figs. My sigfig in GoH, Eremir is an Elf who is one of the seven members of the Council of Vanhorn. Each councilman has a throne in Vanguard and a specific duty in the kingdom along with a weapon unique to them. Lord Laslan Rodun Lord Denegorn Zulton Lady Taunandril Nithor Lord Genthor Rubicon Lord Kane Iroan And Lord Beneil Tinor to make the Council. The next two are General Jeffery Alder who is the commander of the Woodland Guard and Reagan Lanthorn, a noble in Vanhorn and the sister of Eremir. The son of a farmer, Jeffery spent his childhood in the woods. He consulted his elven friends when putting together the Guard and they agreed to teach the knowledge of the forest to all of the recruits. All soldiers of the Woodland Guard were trained in the best tracking methods, arrow targeting, survival techniques, and how to be one with the forest. They roam the Great Crimson Forest in Vanhorn and keep the peace by enforcing the law. The headquarters for the Woodland Guard is a treetop hideaway known as Nest of the Leaves. Reagan Lanthorn The sister of Eremir, Reagan is a elf skilled in combat and evasive techniques. She is a noble in Vanhorn, a title only given to people with a blood relation to a councilman. I worked to make each fig dressed in Avalonia colors, with the exception of Reagan Lanthorn. She is a noble in Vanhorn, but is not directly tied to Avalonia. Thanks for viewing this! Quote
Infernum Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 Wow! Nice figs! Love the last one most! Really nice combinations! Nice use of Brickwarriors accessories, like the antlers! Only thing I'm not a fan of is the dark green legs on Lord Iroan. I think dark brown would've looked better. Quote
Alfadas Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 (edited) Well, what can I say other then that these figs look awesome? I just love the figs. Where did you get those horns for the second to last fig? Brickwarriors.com? Nevermind, I got the answer! Edited October 26, 2013 by jeroenaa Quote
soccerkid6 Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 Great figs! I really like how you mixed and matched the new torsos/legs from LOTR and the Hobbit Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 Great figs, I look forward to seeing them in MOCs! Quote
Gideon Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Nice figs, I especially like the reddish brown arms on the CMF elf torso Quote
HammerBro Posted October 27, 2013 Author Posted October 27, 2013 Thanks for all the comments, guys! @Infernum, I ran out of dark brown and dark green was the next best even if it doesn't quite work. @Gideon, that is one of my favorite points too. Quote
Niku Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I like each of the figures, they are unique on their own description and aspects, I hope we see them on future mocs. Quote

TheUtilityBelt Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Where you get Lord Beneil's torso? Quote
HammerBro Posted January 24, 2014 Author Posted January 24, 2014 It is one of the dwarf torsos from the Hobbit series. I believe that it came from the Unexpected Gathering set. And we usually discourage posting on topics that haven't be posted on in a while, just to give you a heads up. You could probably just PM me or anyone else about something like this. Quote
