I might have a chance to go to a LEGO store this week but I can't find my VIP card anywhere (I think it might be in Scotland!) Does anyone know if you can still collect points in store if you only provide them with the VIP number and not the card itself?

At least in the US, they can look up your account using your email address, so you don't need the physical card.

This would also be the case within the UK, and they will use the same method as above; your email address...

They normally ask my phone number if I don't have my card.

I've had an issue before where they couldn't find my account on the system, using name/phone number/email. So i opened a new card and emailed lego customer services to combine the 2 point cards I had, no problem. Lego customer services are really great.

I went to the LEGO Store in the Houston Woodlands Mall last week and all I had to do was give him my VIP number, didn't need the card. Thanks for all the replies
