@all: I'm not quite sure which color I should give the town hall's roof, what do guys think looks better, black or red?

I'd say red, because there already is a lot of black. That isn't a bad thing, I just think red would be a nice color breaker, especially as the town hall is an important building, it should stand out.

why not go for a multi colored mozaik roof? i've seen a medieval town hall in the mosel region sporting a mozaik roof, also some castle around said river.. always thought them to look really refreshing & colorfull.

just because I'm not posting mocs like crazy, doesn't mean I'm not building anymore, but working on three modules and two pirate mocs at the same time slows progress down a little. Anyway, here is a current status update on Thorshaven. I think the full extent of what I was planning to build is slowly becoming visible. Quite threatening to the wallet if you ask me ...

What an awesome scene you have going on here! The waterfront buildings are definitely my favorite, and that SNOT rock work on the right house is expertly done! This, Kabel, is certainly inspiring! I think I could spend a couple of days looking at everything you built here.

@ME: sure, any time, we got a guest room! It's gonna be diffucult though convincing my kids to let you play with it too! Actually it's going to be on display again in November in Antwerpen.

@Hammer: progress is on the way, it's just a matter of scraping together enough money though.

@Scaevola: the town hall is almost finished, but not very visible here. As soon as I get the final dark brown plates in, I'll show more stuff in detail.

@Garmadon: I seriously had no idea what I got myself into when I started this. Now I just can't stop ...
