oo7 Posted April 3, 2007 Author Posted April 3, 2007 Are you Jewish, oo7 or did you just made this for fun? Yup. I can also read that Hebrew up there. ;-) But I love Bacon too much to keep a Kosher household. Now for a little quiz on the things that do not meet the eye; 1. Name of the item I'm portraying with the screwdriver 2. Explain why I used four glasses 3. Explain why I used the chair I did Quote

Explain why I used the chair I did The Four Cups of wineThere is a Rabbinic obligation to drink four cups of wine (or pure grape juice) during the Seder. This applies to both men and women. The Mishnah says (Pes. 10:1) that even the poorest man in Israel has an obligation to drink. Each cup is connected to a different part of the Seder: The First Cup is for Kiddush, the Second Cup is connected with the recounting of the Exodus, the drinking of the Third Cup concludes Birkat Hamazon and the Fourth Cup is associated with Hallel. That should cover nr 2. I hope Wikipedia is allowed 8-| . Quote

xwingyoda Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 1. Name of the item I'm portraying with the screwdriver I am really lost here loool Can it be the Torah ?? (do not laugh at me, I'm trying hehe) !! 3. Explain why I used the chair I did I remebered it was a special prayer in relation with the Holocaust so it was easy to find ;-) I think its called the empty chair prayer to commemorate all the losses of the people of Israel. Dear God,Thank You for allowing us to enjoy another Seder night together with our family and friends. Just as our family joins together on Seder night, bridging all distances and differences, please help the Jewish people to heal the rifts of internal dissent. Please infuse us with the knowledge and inspire us with the awareness that Jewish people all over the world are part of our family. Together we have survived the turmoil of 3,300 years, making a difference to civilization wherever we go. Today we are losing every second Jewish child to the ravages of apathy and assimilation. Multicultural Emersion On !! *yoda* Indeed ;-) *yoda* Quote

Although I think I really should have included another empty chair in my vignette addition, it's a shame I didn't think of that before. However, we do have a holocaust memorial holiday called Yom HaShoah. Think about the difference between my chair and the normal Lego chair. ;-) I have no idea what the lego bricks you are on about. :-D Gather it is some holiday Judaisim - It's the religion Jesus practiced. As a matter of fact the last supper was a Pesakh Seder! Quote
