Posted November 18, 201311 yr Let me present my first Vic Viper inspired creation: The UVMK1 (Utility Vehicle Mark 1) "Stallion" Built for the mining companies in the outer rim of the galaxy, digging asteorids for valuable raw materials. Based on a military design, this workhorse is a space-tractor with its powerful fusion-engines and flexible Maglev hovering system. After the Final War, there was a lot of these left over that was converted to civilian usage, with their ordnance stripped off but the power plant left untouched. The Maglev was added to make the ship useful at close surface missions where the engines would be dangerous to use. But some of the military legacy of the ship has been restored due to the high numbers of pirates roaming around. Two powerful laser guns is standard issue for self defence (and does not conflict with the load capacity), but if more firepower is needed, additional weapons can be fitted at the belly-mount...
November 18, 201311 yr Nice Work!! The rear with the engines looks nice! and Laser cannons! Woohooo!! The blue flag looks a bit mal placed .. Another coluor perhaps would have been better?
November 18, 201311 yr Author The flags was intended to be some kind of ID for the ship. Ideal would be one with a number och character on it instead, but I don't have any of that kind (and custom decals aren't really my thing - don't even own a color printer).
