Evo Walker attaches pretty nicely to Evo XL, forming a double pilot vehicle. The antenna and flick-fire missiles is moved outward to the free balls at the shoulders of XL.

Interesting point! I hadn't even thought about how the foot design of Evo Walker could allow for that kind of thing. I'd definitely like to see some pictures of that.

I don't know if they're designed to do it, but the yellow feet of Walker attach to the balls on XL where the antenna and missile pack usually is. The 3rd leg of walker attach to nothing, but can curl around the big storage cylinder. This way you have a very tall mech with a cannon above the driver. It looks pretty good.

I'll have to rebuild the two sets before I can grab the pics, I should have pictures soon.

(Though I did try that at one point before out of curiosity and it really didn't look all that fantastic)

And with the storage cylinder and second cockpit removed you can achieve this, which I think looks pretty nice to start off;

Though certainly your own design will be more effective than that. Also ignore the arms and the armor plates under his torso, those are a few modifications I was trying without much success

I just had the sets in hand, and tried putting one on top of the other. I haven't tried anything like you, removing pilot and tank, but it looks cool. I have more '14 than '13 HF sets, which means more than one.

Got lots of '11 and '12 though

Evo XL Machine has a somewhat unique build. It's different from most XL sets, and it has quite a few useful parts. (Three XT4 torsos!) Anyway, I might get this one.

Oh no. Not the upgrades thing again

Any, the Evo mechs combination thing... I figured as much. The open balljoint feet on the walker seemed like it could be used for something like such.

Okay gotten the set at walmart and i have to say that this is the worst thing I have seen from Hero Factory and Evo because all the other Evo from the 2.0 and Brain Attack was great but this just killed it. The legs I hate the most because you can't move the foot and that will make the set fall over really easy when you are trying to pose it and the lower legs are too really bad and show have gotten some more armor on it but I do like the idea of chicken legs, the upper legs I mainly have mix feeling about it because it's good but it not good idk. The arms are bad, the left hand/arm is odd because it have a upper arm/leg bone connecting it, the right arm is okay but I think they should have done something better with it.

The hips, okay I know I don't have say something that I see is "disturbing" and when I someone is going to say that I'm have a sick mind when what I am talking about is not that hard to see but i am going to say it anyways, it look like it have a gear on is crotch, I mean why did they put that there, they should have used a different axle then put just the Bush 1/2 mostly in black then put the gear on the butt. The body is not that good and I hate the cockpit sticking out, the back I hate as well because of obvious reasons but I do love that we get not one, not two but three Extra Small (cute) body and I do like that they added Flick missile shooter and Radar-dish on the shoulder.

So mainly I don't recommend this set but I do recommend it if you using it for parts.
