Dreyrugr observes that there is no Crow's Nest on the ship, but he does manage to shimmy up the mast. Looking out across the sea Dreyrugr spots what looks like rain clouds heading their direction.

Dreyrugr pondered as he shimmied up the mast. Looking around he noticed some rain clouds. Oh, great.

Dreyrugr yelled down, "I THINK YOU'LL ALL WANT TO PREPARE FOR A BUMPY RIDE SOON."

The shark's fishing pole starts to jiggle, an occassional spark flying off and landing rapidly into the waters beneath. Everything turns eeriely still for a moment. The pole suddenly jolts, as Purpearl casts a lightning bolt through the centre of the fishing pole and travels into the ocean.

The water around the pole surges with power as Purpearl expends 1 ether in her lightning casting. Dead fish start to rise to the surface as the Sharkling swiftly withdraws his fishing rod a glass vial with it's cork caught in the hook swinging freely.

"Blimey, you can't go throwing bolts into the ocean, but I'll be dazed we've caught a potion."

The sharkling removes the potion and hands it to Purpearl.

"My, my, my, I'd recommend you try and string up a few tarps or tents or something across the deck. We won't be into it until nightfall it seems."

Cinna heads over to the commotion on the fishing deck.

"Nice catch there Purpearl. That will probably come in handy later."

Turning to address Mr.Finn.

"I don't think any of us brought tarps or tents, do you have any we can borrow?"

"I'm sure I could scrounge something up."

After a bit of searching, the crew erects a miniature shelter on the deck of the barge made from bedrolls and tents.

Purpearl slides the potion into her bag, and turns to the shark,

"I shall leave you to it,"

and Purpearl rests on her bedroll.

Night comes on and the heroes head for cover under their respective tents as the rain begins to fall. As the night goes on several heroes are awoken by soft whispers from the rear of the ship.

"...plan Bisma,... job."

"imagine... of fluff these past days."

A comedy of errors unfolds as Baradock attempts to wake up the already awoken Matthias who attempts to wake up the already awake Cinna. The mystic knight listens for further conversation, but unable to hear anything returns to sleep making note to tell the ship's captain in the morning. Baradock grabs Matthias and slowly crawls forward to get closer to the noise as an awaken Dreyrugr tumbles and sneaks his way dodging behind barrels and hiding in crates unseen by his fellow heroes. Purpearl's elf ears pick up on the voices and she slowly moves to investigate not noticing the impossibly large but oblivious Yeti creeping behind her in the dark to investigate as well. The five heroes make their way to the edge of their makeshift lean-to the rain slows off and the moon comes out just as the four werecreatures begin moving swiftly toward the heroe's position with weapons drawn.

"Make it quick boys, looks like we've lost the element of surprise."

Baradock slowly stands up. "Crocodile-man." He roared over the downpour, "Being killed by me is greater honor than you deserve." He began unslinging his club. "I'm not a very honorable man, yes?" His voice seemed to reverb from each part of the ship, echoing intimidation from all directions. His questionable grammar being forgotten in the voice that seemed it could bludgeon you itself.

He held his weapon at his side, walking up to the forefront of the party. His overarching brow concealing his eyes. But a brash bend in the ship sends Baradock to the railing before he could begin his assault. Hanging over it now he notices something about the water. 'what is this...?' The water below was beginning to...bubble up?

"The water!" He exploded over his shoulder at the party. "It is..." He trailed off staring into the depths of the writhing water around the ship. He balances himself, looking at the crocodile man. His crash into the railing also slipped out a potion onto the floor of the ship. 'Blind fury!' he thought, he reaches down to pick it up, pressing the bottle to his mouth. Flecks of anger began to swarm in his iris. His eyes changing from a dark brown to a burning white. His vision becoming victim to the luminous light, he lost sight of most things except the crocodile. He began to withdraw to the back row.

"I am going to eat you alive!" he thundered at the werecrocodile.

QM Note: Just as a point of clarification, the Blind Fury will make Baradok Blind and Enraged, you need to use it on a weapon like a poison for it to apply to enemies.
