"I'm not against being a party leader, although it is quite a responsibility. But it is up to you guys, of course. I do agree that perhaps Dek'ra would be the most strategically sound choice to carry the Vibrator, being the least experienced out of us."

OOC: I'm guessing I can't switch weapons if I carry the device, but could I still access my Diamond's power if necessary?

"I am fine with lifting it," De'kra clicked, "I just worry I might not have enough health. I worry I might fall and damage the device. Then again I have the second best armor on team, I could probably whether some attacks. I am ultimately not as experienced as you three as you said, so I might be not fully understanding the situation. So whatever you think is best."

OOC: Yes, you must carry the device. I've given it some WP, so it's not a complete lose, but you can swap it between and during battles, just like a normal weapon. It just needs to be used by someone.

You can still use gems, since it is in your class description. Same goes for scrolls. It's just if you want to attack, you'll be slowed and attacking with the WP:3.

With the decision of Party Leader resolved, and the Vibrataphone in De'kra's hands, the party departs the workshop on Halibut Avenue and up to the Crescent Hill Area, just near the Hovels. Wind whips snow around the quiet streets, as the moon rises into the sky as the party huddles for warmth. Despite this, the city is still well lit, with the streets illuminated. It still doesn't help, as the party can't shake the feeling their being watched, followed, stalked. Just near the Hovel wall, the party comes to a curious sight: their path is blocked by a horse and cart. The only thing breaking the ambience of the wind is the healthy looking mare, munching contently on the contents inside a bag.

"Munchmunchmunch.... <Mmm, these muffins sure are tasty! Omnomnom...>"

What will the party do?

Hybros tries to sneak underneath the cart to get through.

Ellaria talks to the horse in her most sweetest tone.

"Neigh! [Hello there, pretty one! Could you move just a tiny bit for us so we can pass the cart, please?]"

The horse seems less interested in Ellaria and more interested in the contents of the bag, although it does give a reply.

"Neeigh... <Can't talk right now, lady. Eating muffins. Omnonon>"

Hybros tries to sneak underneath the cart to get through.

Being clever and clearly short enough to fit under the wagon, Hybros crawls on his hands and knees through the cold mud that made up the city street. Coming to the other side, before he can get up a pair of feet block his path. Looking up, a werewolf looks him over, his eyes gleaming in the light, a scar over his left eye. His left hand swivels on the hilt of his sword, while his right holds a torch. He allows the imp to get up, but before he can do anything he chuckles.

"What have we here? A red assassin? What a surprise, I'm flattered, honestly. Alright lads, out you come! We have guests to attend to!"

His voice was as dry as a desert, with hints of youth. He smacks the horse on the rear end, and it hastily moves down the street as a flock of armed men swarm the party, weapons at the ready. The werewolf kicks Hybros back to his party, the imp landing in the mud.

"Greetings, gentlemen and lady. The name's Lupine. Lupine the Third, perhaps you've heard of me, or maybe even my grandfather? No, well now you have! And this here is my motley crew."

"Oh, oh, that's us! So nervoucited guys!"

"If my intel is correct, you would be the hired Tritech couriers, correct?"

"Oof!" Hybros gasped as the burly werewolf kicked him. He slowly got up, but left the dirt on his cloak. Looking to Boomingham for a bit of tact, he replied to the crew of rough-looking street dwellings, trying to sounds as intimidating as he could. "Yes, I a Red Assassin I am, heheh... surely you have heard of our skills? I would suggest you move aside and let us on our way before I fell you in one swift strike, hehehehe...."

I hear the reward the Tritech company's handing you is 100 Gold and reputation for playing courier for them. Well, allow me to make you an offer. We'll match the amount of money the Tritech Company's offering you, and we'll guarantee you all get a good word in with the Wolfgang. Times are changing heroes. It may not look like it, but they are. The Hovel's are restless, and it would be wise to be on the side that's clearly growing in support. No bloodshed, no need for violence, all you need to do is hand over the Vibrataphone, and the Hovel's and the Wolfgang will have a major source of income."

"I won't be so sure of these heroes handing it over, Lupine. Heroica isn't one to trust the Wolfgang. You remember what they did to-"

"I know exactly what they did to Generals. In fact, one of the murderer's of Steerpike is standing in our midst."

He points to the hooded paladin.

"Lord Lawrence Boomingham. I must say, it's quite humbling to finally put a face to the legend."

Passive Special: Impersonator- At the end of each round and before the beginning of the first round, the changeling chooses a random hero to impersonate. The changeling gains the immunities and benefits the impersonated hero has, as well as the same SP. (Impersonated Hero is decided by four sided die)

IC: De'kra dons the Cloak of the Blue Assassin, returning his defense to 4. He scratches his head, before scribbling out the stats of the enemies on a torn piece of his journal. Carefully he hands the page over to Boomingham, before slinking towards Hybros.

Frantically Ellaria gulps down a Mead, a Nostrum and Smelling Salts. The rogues didn't seem the type to be taken lightly. Feeling buffed and encouraged by the drinks, Ellaria stomps Ignis Fatuus to the ground and shouts:

"WE. SHALL. PASS!"

"No, that's not us," Boomingham bluffs merrily, his hand on his sword and taking a swig of a mead. "I've never heard of a Lord Lawrence T. Boomingham, a legend, as you say, but apparently not in my part of town. And we don't work for Tritech." He shrugs. "Looks like you ambushed the wrong people. Maybe you'll let us be on our way? "Oh, well, in that case, you wouldn't be willing to, say, stay here while we wait for the Tritech group to show up? That note that was posted in Heroica hall: we have a copy."

He waves a piece of paper in his hands, names scrawled on it.

"Seeing as how we'd prefer to not injure or maim you nice people, you'd understand, won't you?"

Hybros still gripped his sword tightly. "This device you speak of... whether we have it or not, you had better get out of the way..."

"That sounds like a threat."

"Or an invitation."

"Oh! I love invitations! Cause that means we're having a party! Or a funeral. Or even a wedding! Oh, I love weddings!"

The shaggy haired Wolfgang member simply rolls his eyes.

Frantically Ellaria gulps down a Mead, a Nostrum and Smelling Salts. The rogues didn't seem the type to be taken lightly. Feeling buffed and encouraged by the drinks, Ellaria stomps Ignis Fatuus to the ground and shouts:

"WE. SHALL. PASS!"

"I'll take that as a "no" to our little deal. Fair enough."

He unsheathes his longsword, and the rest of the crew readies their stance as well. The mysterious black hooded member of the crew seems to be limbering up.

"Heroes, that individual over there's a Changeling. Strange beings they are, don't like showing their true form neither. But, being changelings, it's had enough time to study you lot."

The changeling begins to morph it's appearance, into that of (D4 Rolled: 2-Hybros) Hybros, the party's assassin.

"Hehehehe..."

"This will be fun..."

Hybros eyes De'kra's Cloak of the Blue Assassin. "Where did you get that...?" He asked, puzzled. But before he had time to inquire further, he turned to see a mirror image of himself, standing menacingly with scythe in hand. "Is that... me?" He grimaced. He didn't look at his own reflection very often. It was startling see the pale crimson eyes that matched the cloak, filled with determination to kill. Unnerved, Hybros reached for his Zoot's Reaper, but stopped midway. He remembered imbuing all nine gems into his hastening armor; it was likely the copy had the same ability. Instead he drew his Banana Bladerang, and whipped it at the Changeling from the back row, hoping for the best.

"Now do not hit me on accident!" He yelled to the party. "Heheh..."

Boomingham rips his sword out of his sheath and narrows his eyes. "Hybros, we're going to need to finish these folks rather quickly."

Breaking his gaze from his copy, Hybros nodded to Boomingham. "Of course," he said with a grin. He drew his Sword of Ancestral Hatred and swung it at the human named Daniel from the back row.

The brawl begins as Lawrence and Pinkamena go to to toe, the young woman brimming with joy as she unholsters her handcannon.

"Dancing? Oh, I'd love to dance! I can do the cha-cha, the cancan, the caramelldansen, the waltz, the tango, never perfected the box step, though."

Pinkamena gleefully sidesteps the paladins sword, pulling a rainbow frosted confection out of her pouch, stuffing it into his mouth. He steps back, gagging on the foul pastry. The poisonous filling hits him hard, but due to his immunity, the other half of the foul confection does nothing. Hybros hits himself, er, the doppelgänger, with his Banana Bladerang, causing it to stumble back, it's form becoming unstable. He then swings his Sword of Ancestral Hatred at Daniel Collins, nicking him in the chest, then hitting him straight in the stomach with the hilt of his sword, knocking the wind out of him. Ellaria fires off two scrolls on the accomplished werewolf thief, with only one of them hitting their target. De'kra manages to keep the Red Menace at bay, pushing him backwards. The Changeling finally gets a hold of its abilities, it's posture growing taller, it's shoulder's broader. Letting out a loud chuckle, it unsheathes a blade similar to Scupperer as a faux Lawrence stands in front of the party. The battle trudges onwards!

"What have you done, druid whelp?!"
