I resized you picture and uploaded it to my own Brickshelf. There's a tutorial on how to resize your pictures here. If you've resized your picture, you can change the link back to your own Brickshelf :-)

Looks good, but I'd try to smoothen it out a bit more. It looks a bit too high for a submarine (or not long enough).

Its a nice concept, the modularity part so different people can add sections.

The only flaw with this for me though; is that I only build in LDD as a way of organizing bricks for purchase. And something like a submarine is most definetly going to be too expensive for me to afford.

Just look at some of the skyscrapers people make in LDD... very pretty but realistically will they ever be purchased and built?

I like how it's coming so far! For the front torpedo room, I would try to find pictures of real subs' interiors. One thing that may be important is if you want this to be playable with moving parts or just a display model. If you want moving parts, the torpedo tubes will be infinitely more complicated.

If it's really good, someone might just shell out for it. I would see if there is interest, then maybe buy one and sell on ebay. I remember someone MOC'd a Republic Gunship and sold it for something like $700 on eBay, but I'm too lazy to grab the link. :-P
