Alfadas Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 I practiced with terrain slopes, and decided to put an entire castle around it. Here is the finished result. Alfadas Mandredson is travelling again, and this time he brought a few Mitgardian soldiers with him. Offcourse he needs somewhere to sleep, but he is not welcome everywhere. His reputation proceeded him and about every soldier in the castle was called to action. Hope you like it, and please comment! The dungeon with a captive orc and skelleton. And ofcourse the orc got a weapon, killed a guard and is chasing another one. O, and the dungeon is also used for wine. The guard is a rookie, so it is about the first time he sees an orcs, and will it be the last time? Another level down, the dwarfs. And what are dwarfs without some shiny gold? And another level down, the orcs. Give me my yummy chicken back! Ha ha, poking human is very fun! That's it. Hope you liked it! Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Nice lot of action going on! The photography is much better in this- most of its in focus, which is great! Quote
Alfadas Posted December 24, 2013 Author Posted December 24, 2013 Thanks, I was very pleased with the result of the pics. Quote
LegoPanda Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 your pictures are becoming better, but you might wanna see a doctor for your big grey wall syndrome, try to add more detail to the walls, not just towering ugly grey walls Quote
Alfadas Posted December 24, 2013 Author Posted December 24, 2013 Yeah, I know it is one big grey wall. But these are the only pieces I have a lot of and could build this with. Smaller MOCs are more detailed. When I get a job and have more money, I will buy more of those small pieces, so also big MOCs will become more detailed. Quote
lord raphael Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Merry christmas!Great moc it might be a good idea to stick some plants in the walls for more detail. Quote
The Architect Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Very nice big treasure collection, I especially like how they where hammering the sword... Quote
Alfadas Posted December 25, 2013 Author Posted December 25, 2013 Thanks! Yeah, I know. More details. The same old story. I know, I try to put more details in it, not that easy. I hope next MOC will have a round tower, just need to order parts. And more plants. Maybe then it will look better. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I like all the activity going on and the numerous levels Also your pictures are a bit better here. Don't feel bad if you don't have enough pieces to make large detailed MOCs, small detailed MOCs are good too Quote
Alfadas Posted December 26, 2013 Author Posted December 26, 2013 Thanks! And I know, I just wanted to make a large MOC, but small MOCs are better for me, so for now I will stick to them! Quote
