Very, very glad to see the return of this series, since it holds a huge lot of potential when it comes to the sci-fi-techy side which they can cover within this line. I am expecting cool figures, epic vehicles and some neat scenery. Provided these are good enough, I am willing to invest in an army of these sets to form my SHIELD Headquarters. When can we expect images?

Great news! I was only collecting Star Wars LEGO when the last Agents line was out. But looking back on them, I wished I had gotten some or all of them :)

What about Alpha Team? Would be nice to see a re-boot of that with Dash, Charge, the villainous Ogel, etc., although unlikely. Who's with me?!

*noise of crickets*

...Oh. Alright then. Agents 3.0 would be fine as well.

Alpha Team is what got me into LEGO, so yeah. Would love to see a reboot of the theme with modern set design.

Apparently my loud fanboy agreement sounds like crickets. My apologies.

On the other side of the coin...

I'm hoping the villain is just as good as Dr. Inferno was. May his flaming locks rest in peace...

Why can't it be both?

Mentally I always viewed Alpha Team as an older legacy operation that eventually evolved into Agents. With Charge being the last old timer in Agents. (Now a more clean cut veteran, well shaved with a crew cut.)

Just realized, should we expect a new team or the old one? Hero's wise, it'd be nice to get some new agents. As long as the villainous organization isn't under the roof of Dr. Inferno, and the girls don't have the same faces in recolors, then I'm good. Though all those problems seem like something out of 2009, I'm sure Lego can create new characters, female faces, and team right? I mean come on, it's 2014!

I did that to most of the named characters in LEGO stuff. The Ninjago kids, Some of the Adventurers, the Atlantis Crew, Rock Raiders... You get the idea. Hunting up a spare Wyldstyle head now so I can give her and Emmet spots on the team.

But Alpha Team was the first to get the expansion. It just made sense, and I had an awful lot of spare Chases and Traces. Plus, I've always liked them a bunch.

While I didn't like the Agents sets picked up (including the Volcano Base), I really hope this wave will be a little more interesting design-wise, which is what I didn't like about most of the Agents sets. It has a lot of potential, and seeing how well-done the other 2014 sets are, I have high hopes for this theme.

To join in, I'd like the team to be a mixture of Alpha Team, Agents, newbies and maybe "Mission Specialists", Character's from other action themes acting as advisors on certain missions. Like how Brains from Power Miners was in one of Atlantis sets.

Yeah, a mixture of all that with some character returns would be nice. Maybe the walking television thing from Alpha Team could get some kind of re-make,

along with at least Dash and one Alpha Team female character, plus some of the agents. Maybe there could be two villains, Dr. Inferno co-operating with a re-born cyborg Ogel, or something like that.

Why can't it be both?

Fair enough, those are really nice.

Such a shame I only had one (or two) of the non-underwater sets, most head prints must be faded by now. Oh well, there's always Bricklink!

Apparently my loud fanboy agreement sounds like crickets. My apologies.

Heh, that must've been it then, not those damn crickets.

Agents was one of the few system themes I regret taking to pieces- the mobile command center was an absolute beauty of a set.

If these turn out to be anything like those sets, sign me up for the whole wave!

Though I hope it draws more inspiration from the first wave of Agents sets, I can't say I immensely enjoyed the second wave as much

If I may, Ogel never died. Accoding to the comic in Ogel's Mountain Fortress, he manages to escape into the snow- capped mountains (in a frosted over desert?). It's because of this cliffhanger, that many fans have wanted another wave for closure.

I always had in my own Lego story, that Ogel ended up back in time, and became that Evil Sorcerer In the 07-09 Castle sets, and used his Skills in Skeleton resurrection to make his army of the un-dead, aka the Skeleton army from those sets. I would love a Super-Villain team-up, and a final conclusion to both Alpha Team and Agents, while at the same time setting the stage for more adventures. Bring on the pictures! And wave goodbye to my money...

LEGO has given us some fantastic villains over the years, and while Dr. Inferno is held in high regard around my house, I also forced him to accept Ogel, Sam Sinister, and even Cyrus Borg into his organization. I'm looking forward to seeing what directions LEGO takes this theme in, and what directions it pulls my imagination in as a result. I'd love to see Dr. Inferno or Ogel return, but I wouldn't object to some new villains, either (maybe no more Magma Drones, though).

Now we just need to see the pictures. While I'm hoping for dark blue predominance like last time, I'm willing to be flexible here.
