Captain America fan 1 Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Does anyone think Ultra Agents will continue in 2015? Quote
PenPlays Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Does anyone think Ultra Agents will continue in 2015? Due to the story implying a leader to all these natural disaster baddies, I wouldn't be surprised if we go one more wave. We should know Lego's complete January 2015 lineup by the end of August (with some possible translation mistakes, per the norm). We won't have any preliminary images or any of the rare official images of any sets until about the end of September. This excludes whatever Lego announces at San Diego Comic Con for 2015, as we'll have official images of those from the start. By the looks of it though, we won't be getting any info on Ultra Agents. Fritzy Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 We should know Lego's complete January 2015 lineup by the end of August. Good to know. Thanks for the heads-up. Quote

Allow me to add onto that. We will not know any exclusives (i.e. "hard to finds," Polybags, Direct to Consumer sets). So, say if Ultra Agents, or any other theme for that matter, is going to have an exclusive set available at Toys R Us (or any other exclusive carrying store), we won't have any information on it until really, really close to its release. Ceroknight Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 Gah I went to Target today to get the Infearno set but that was the only one they didn't have Quote
Pigbrick Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 There isn't a single Agent set to be found in any of the toy stores yet in Denmark, so still waiting Quote

CM4Sci Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Picked up the HQ today. I love the opening of the back feature! Building that part was a pain, though, lot of repetition. -Sci Quote
obsidianheart Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Hey guys? Someone in the States go to Wal-Mart's website and run a search on "lego agents" and tell me what they get for the price on the HQ? Quote
just2good Posted July 31, 2014 Author Posted July 31, 2014 Hey guys? Someone in the States go to Wal-Mart's website and run a search on "lego agents" and tell me what they get for the price on the HQ? $70. Pretty good! Quote
obsidianheart Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) $70. Pretty good! Thought so, too. Wanted to make sure it wasn't a glitch.EDIT: I guess we'll see in a week or so. Edited July 31, 2014 by obsidianheart Quote
Mike S Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 I picked up the HQ at walmart today for 69.99 plus tax. Not sure why its so cheap compared to shop at home. Quote
obsidianheart Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 None of my area Wal-Marts have any of the sets except Toxita on the shelves, but I was able to site-to-store ship an HQ from the website at the same price before they pulled it. I think there must have been a company-wide error regarding its pricing. Quote
genecyst Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 i've just put my hands over of 4 sets of this line and i'm truly satisfied. genecyst Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 (edited) hi pigbrick, nothing in particular, i just love to watch the different sets in which a designer has worked. I'm looking for something like this: http://brickset.com/sets/list-9388 but for the designers involved in this line. I like to spot differences between different works from the same author. are you one of them? Edited August 18, 2014 by genecyst Quote

Sadly to say, most of the designers that worked on this line don't have a page like Adrian does. However, pretty much the same team that worked on Ultra Agents worked on The LEGO Movie sets and Galaxy Squad if that helps a little. Quote
genecyst Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Too bad about the lists, but thanks for the headup! lego movie sets are some of ours (me and my girlfriend) favorites 2014 sets so i think i got to reconsider buying some galaxy squad sets that i left on the shelves... :) Quote

However, pretty much the same team that worked on Ultra Agents worked on The LEGO Movie sets and Galaxy Squad if that helps a little. That actually totally makes sense. I picked up a couple of these because I loved the designs. I've been loving on the Movie sets (to the point of obsession, hahaha), and started grabbing these when I ran out of Movie sets to buy. I love this series! :D Quote
Pulp Detective Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 Any thought's on the Toxica's Toxic Meltdown set?Is it worth the money to buy it? Quote
klinton Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Any thought's on the Toxica's Toxic Meltdown set?Is it worth the money to buy it? Honestly, the minifigs alone make this set a must buy. Seriously. The ship itself is pretty nifty too, but I'll admit it's not my favorite. I may have OD'd on the whimsy in the Movie sets though to truly appreciate it at the moment. But if it's appealing to you, don't hesitate! It's a nice little set. :D Quote
8BrickMario Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 The set is great. It has that Bond-esque exaggeration, and some great pieces on the "Toxicopter" in rare colors. The minifigs are great, and even the lab is a nice addition. It also adds a nice bit of cohesiveness to the theme, since it provides a location in Astor City and the leader of a villain in another set. I highly recommend it. Quote
slugdude Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Just got Riverside Raid and Infearno Interception. Both sets are great and the minifigs are some of the finest Lego has produced (especially the villains). I recommend both very highly. Quote
