As far as I know international shipping will be anything that comes up in the search parameters for international shipping on Amazon Global. This link should take you to the site with the international shipping filter already on the search tab. Though I haven't commonly seen lego sets on there, usually it's lego movies, books, etc, but I don't browse it often enough to be certain on that.

Is it so? In Northern Europe LEGO is more expensive than in US and the sets are released later. Especially in Norway, where everything is very expensive due to high state of living.

Going from talking about a US release to the phrase about living in "the north" just tends to imply Canada, not Nirthern Europe, from my US-centric life experience.

I was actually referring to Scandinavia rather than Canada, in my experience it's always been referred to as the north, or winterfell.

This is of course coming from my Europe-centric life experience.

Winterfell? That's an AWESOME name. Why would you call it the north when you could call it winterfell?

I have to say, while I used to see these purely as parts packs..Fluminox has really grown on me for some reason. I'm actually thinking of adding a somewhat modded version of him to my HF characters collection, probably as a pyromaniac villain of sorts.

I don't believe this. Is there an official source?

Also, NA is really getting a bad rap with constraction figures this year. First wave 1 HF and now this... :( Is there a reason for this?

Bummer for me. I was hoping to pick up Fangar and Fluminox but I guess not... Will the new parts be on S@H in the US then?

Glad to hear there going to be released. Shame us in North America won't be getting them. I was skipping most of them and just ordering there individual parts anyways. Though I was going to get at least Fluminox, Fangar and Laval. I guess I'll have to buy them online off Bricklink. Hopefully they won't be terribly expensive.

Heh heh heh .

This will probably be the first time I'm getting these sets before most of you guys; most of this sort of releases nevertheless seem to leak into the US after a while, after all.

Man, the one year I'm NOT going to Europe, natch. Do we have a timeline on these? I could, in theory, send a family member unit to acquire some from the local store, depending on when they show up.

Would these sets extend into next year in the spring? I may go to Europe then.

Most likely, yes. Last years Chima sets are still in full force in stores around here, and I'm guessing it runs about the same in Europe. Most likely because there is nothing to replace them; IFB has almost totally washed out what was left of brain Attack, so it's safe to say that this current wave of Chima will be replaced by 2014 when it comes out, and then that will stay in stores for quite a long period of time.

So, how hard might these be to get in the US? Do I need to find someone who lives there or can I order it online from Amazon?

Just trying to gauge what sets I'll have to prioritize if it gets too difficult/costly.

eBay and Bricklink would probably be the best options in terms of finding deals. Amazon is a possibility, but those individual sellers (who will ship to your country) tend to be more disorganized and all over the place with prices.

It won't be too difficult, the trouble is in keeping the costs down.

Amazon will be costly. A lot of Japanese transformer imports are marked up by like 300% on amazon, I would figure the chima sets will be along a similar, higher price range- if they are even available through it.

If these do follow last year's dates to a T, looks like we'll get them in stores here soon as well. I'm quite excited! The wait for IfB wave 2 seems less painful this way.

Looks like the figures are available from Amazon UK right now for those interested, they're not coming to my locals so I'm trying my luck there at least.
