The Mugbearer Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 The Hyena Wallpaper by The Mugbearer, on Flickr Recent innovations in Corpus robotics has led to surge in productions. The newest breed consists of small unrelenting animal-like proxies that stalk their prey in packs. Code-name: 'Hyena'. Hyena is the final boss of the Neptune system. It can be found on the mission Psamathe. The Hyena resembles a smaller light blue Jackal. Armed with the same twin machine guns and a shockwave emitter, also able to shoot homing missiles which can cause a formidable amount of damage. The Hyena.lxf Quote

Leewan Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 I really like the body design, and the shoulder/hip joint is a clever idea. But IRL, would it have enough friction to support the weight of the model ? Quote

DraikNova Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 It looks stable enough to me, and I've built stuff much much larger than this. Anyway, the slightly azure-ish colors the lighting effect gives it makes this thing look absolutely perfect. I can't figure out how the body or head is built, though. Quote
