Erik also tries to take the torches off the walls, just in case. Janitor nods his head. "Yes, I have the keys to every room in the... Wait! The archive key is missing! Somebody has stolen it from me! Hmm... That grumpkin girl did chat with me for peculiarly long this morning..." After getting his response, Erik reaches for the torches on the walls. He then hears a cough behind him. "What are you thinking of doing with those, Monsignor Tyrvarr? You do know they are school property, don't you?" "We can assume that area beyond the Planetarium is the Auditorium? I don't see why not. I'd appreciate if one of us didn't go in, however, seeing as how... um... the janitor is shaking. Can we get a name so we don't call you "the janitor"? That seems a little rude." "Yeah, you can reach the foyer of the Auditorium either through the Planetarium or the Library." "I am Pepe Stunkent, at your service, Miss!" As she speaks, Karie notices the skeleton standing in the corner."Um... you're not a demon, are you?" "No, sólo un Escultor Interdimensional de Huesos Abandonados. Señor Calacas is my name, and bonecrafting is my game." Quote

Endgame Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 "Since it seems like we're all in agreement, lets head to the auditoroium, shall we?" Quote
Sandy Posted June 8, 2014 Author Posted June 8, 2014 "We ready to head to the Auditorium through the Library? I'd like to investigate the hallway before the Auditorium before hand." Karie takes her party through the Library into the foyer of the Auditorium. The statues of the twin gods Amadea and Melodion guard the entrance to the Auditorium, and opposite to the door is a familiar face. "YES, I'M HERE AS WELL. I MUST CONGRATULATE YOU ON HOW FAR YOU'VE COME. I DIDN'T THINK YOU'D LAST AN HOUR." Ignoring the Demon Door, Karie tries to open the doors to the Auditorium, but they won't budge. They're not locked, but barricaded from the other side. "What now?" Quote
Kintobor Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 Karie looks around the door, looking annoyed. "Pepe, you're the janior, is there any other way into the Auditorium that you know of?" Karie ponders for a moment before an idea springs into her mind. "Duh! We can always try the bardic knock spell! Observe, ladies and gentlemen" Karie walks up to the door, stretches her fingers, and knocks on the door loudly. Quote

We can always try the bardic knock spell! Observe, ladies and gentlemen" Karie walks up to the door, stretches her fingers, and knocks on the door loudly. "Hmm, there's the emergency exit, but that leads outside. And judging from what I've seen from the windows, there's absolutely nothing outside." Karie then performs a miraculous feat and knocks on the door. She can hear whispering and a muffled cry from behind the door, before a juvenile male's voice shouts. "You can't get in! Go away!" Quote
Kintobor Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 "Where would the emergency exit be located? I doubt it will lead anywhere, but it may be good to know where it is at least." Karie runs her hand through her hair, scratching her scalp. She wonders just what the kids were thinking when they barricaded the door with no way out. "I'm not to good with words. Erik, I think this is your area of expertise. Perhaps you could use that totem pole you've got and get them to let us in? If that doesn't work, I can always use... some different methods..." She fishes about for her Glittering Dress. "Syrio, did that voice sound familiar to you? I don't want to bust down this door only to lead us into a trap." Quote
Sandy Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 "Where would the emergency exit be located? I doubt it will lead anywhere, but it may be good to know where it is at least." "It's at the back of the building. There would normally be an alley there, but you know..." "Syrio, did that voice sound familiar to you? I don't want to bust down this door only to lead us into a trap." "There are literally hundreds of students in this school, I couldn't..." "I COULD! THAT WAS GRANT BULLSWORTH, THE HEAD HONCHO OF THE 'ROGUES'!" "If Grant's in there, his four lackeys can't be far..." Quote
Kintobor Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Karie remembers Noel's early remark about the rogues, but it had been so long ago she had almost forgotten about them. "You said these guys could be trouble? Are the rogues all male?" Quote
Sandy Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 "You said these guys could be trouble? Are the rogues all male?" "NO, TWO OF THEM ARE THE MEANEST GIRLS YOU'LL FIND IN THIS PLACE. THEY MAKE EVEN THE CHIRLS LOOK LIKE DANAB'S NOVICES." "I've gotta admit, Glimmer and Reeta are smoking hot! ...Uh, not as hot as Hél, though. Please don't tell her what I said." Quote

Myrddyn Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Erik grabs his Peacekeepers Totem, and calls diplomatically "We're from Heroica. We've got a bunch of weapons and a box we can ship you back to Eubric in, assuming you don't want to stay in there until you starve. You wanna let us in now?" Quote
