QM Note: I'm not trying to ruin your creative strike here, but please, let's at least follow the mechanics of this game and stop stripping underaged NPCs. Noel's shirt isn't an item that can be used like that, and even I'm not crazy enough to create enemies that can only be defeated by a shirt...

You actually have several ways to defeat the enemy which are pretty obvious if you just use your logic.

Heckz stops fleeing at Karie's suggestion. "Okay, someone use an Ether Core on Noel or something, and no one do anything unless you want the Reaper un- stunned."

Heckz does nothing.

Noel summons the Big Box to stun the Reaper, if Ether is replenished.

If the Reaper is asleep Amorith casts his scroll of blindness, if not he casts the scroll of sleep.

"What about those torches on the wall? Perhaps they'd hurt him? Except none of the light spells worked. And that'd probably be two actions.

Phoenix Essence might work, or just healing. But healing's normally for undead, not demons. Maybe the phoenix essence?

Or a mage could use their job trait to blast a hole in the floor under him?

There's no point stunning him, we're better off putting him to sleep.

Heckz, maybe your Pitchfork of Abomination would hurt it? It pierces all defences, right?

"Yeah, uno problemo with that mister." Heckz says to the barbarian "My Pitchfork Of Complete Utter Abominable Abomination is literally useless, I'll use it and then it breaks. But if you wanna try..." Heckz attacks the Reaper with the Pitchfork of Abomination from the back row.

Noel does nothing because he doesn't have an emerald, therefore he can't make a hole in the wood floor.

"And if everyone is going to start saying random words that mean nothing I might aswell do it, I have to stay in trend." Says Heckz after the barbarian shouts those meaningless words at the demon.
