Thank you a lot Ecclesiastes! This time I used the minimum aperture I could (f/16) because I remembered your CC about some parts being out of focus on my shots.

So I used f/16 and slow shutter speed (3sec) with iso 1600 and afterwards I also pulled up the shadows in lightroom. This time the lighting was simple setup just one flash bounced at ceiling (because I had to shoot indoors) and I was also keeping a big light diffuser above the moc.
