Jason Cicchini Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Journeying to the Eastern Darklands is never an easy feat, but all travelers seeking out Nocturnus must pass through the Kelra Labyrinths. Leagues upon leagues of twisting stone pathways spell certain doom for most who enter, and are heavily guarded by the Minotaur race. Stoic, proud, ruthless, and tireless, the Minotaurs reside in tribal fortresses while not prowling the dizzying curves of the maze. Shown above is the Great Ram Valx and two members of his tribe outside their fortress along the acid river Zalkzys. Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Great details on the build- I like the use of the whips! Quote
MKJoshA Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Great details! The wips as vines are great, the purple spiderman piece fits well and the green swamp water is fabulous! It'd be nice if there were a top to the tower, but I understand running out of time, running out of bricks, or both. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 The curved stairs and bridge look great Neat detailing on the fortress as well, I especially like the flags and horns. Making the slime look bubbly is a good idea Quote
Infernum Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Great use of those whips! Great inclusion of the flags! Nice entry! Quote
Torgar Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 I like the swirling vortex piece you used over the door and all the spikes on the structure. Nice job! Quote
de Gothia Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 It really has a evil touch to it! The thing over the gate is a great touch! I love the large horns on one of the minotaurs! Quote
Gideon Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 That senior minotaur with long horns looks really mean I like the overall design and color choices, but the walls have a tad too much details in my opininon. Quote
Ecclesiastes Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Great design of the tower, and the long horns on the minotaur: Quote
mpoh98 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Very cool entry, I love the tower, and using the whips as part of the landscape is great! Quote
ZCerberus Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 The bigger the horns, the better the leader. That's what I heard at least! Quote
Gunman Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Beautiful decoration on the walls with the horns... Great touch! Nice whirl there also:) Quote
Rogue Angel Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Very nice work! It's good to see the minotaurs in action, and I like the leader's horns. My favorite part of the build is the use of the whips for overgrown roots/vines - very innovative. Quote
