Manx Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 When Manx has been learning for mechanic in Engineering school on Coruscant, he met a Parwan named Gubacher. They made great a friendship, which lasted for years. After graduation, Manx opened his garage and Gubacher became a droid-mechanic for Republic. Dr. Gubacher had his own laboratory, where he was taking care of astromechs. In this section, Gubacher energize astros with battery. Please, score this as a free-build. Quote
DonBrizzel Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 His eyes are my favorite part of the whole thing. I want three googly eyes Quote
Manx Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 Parwans are really interesting with those three eyes, so I didn't know, how could I make them. So I decided to draw them Quote
MKJoshA Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 This is a really great build! I love the base and the SNOT floor. Great job! If I were you I would invest in a piece of poster board to go behind your MOCs for photography. That would greatly improve your pictures. I would also add some greebles or tools around the build. For a lab it looks a little too clean. Quote
Manx Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 Thanks! As I've written above, this is just a part of lab, where they fill astromechs, so it is supposed to be clean as possible. But, I'm building second part, which will be a lot more messy and detailed, this part was also my first atempt to make something studless. Quote
Commander Colt Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I like it! Very clean and finished looking build. I like the leg design on the alien and the antenna, both are very nice. Quote
