Shroffy123 Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 No worries Steph, the picture was helpful to get an idea of the piece utlizied in that fashion! Quote
csc166 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Can anybody take a pic of the axe described above? I am intrigued Quote
Floundie Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 It looks like this, except in the game the blade is higher up, not sure if you could physically do that. Also, the handle is too thick to be held by figs. Quote
kevkipo Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Can we please stop talking about the axe now? if you want pictures just search some gameplay! Quote
kevkipo Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 (edited) U r a moderator or what? ;) No, im annoiyed. Fives could've made an extra topic in the History forum named: Beorn's in game axe. Edited May 1, 2014 by kevkipo Quote
Blazej_Holen Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 (edited) Understand but... They can talk about everything asociated with the main topic. So it could be axe, knifes, clothes... :) and its just fine. Anyway this topic is more than less dead right now. ;) No, im annoiyed. Fives could've made an extra topic in the History forum named: Beorn's in game axe. But its stll belongs here... Edited May 1, 2014 by Blazej_Holen Quote
Fives Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I agree, the axe conversation is kinda pointless now. We have the image, so we all know what it looks like. It would be a good idea to push the conversation towards more on-topic things. Quote
Floundie Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Sure, but what is there really to talk about? Minifig speculation for the 30th time? Where do you want us to talk about little things like Beorn's axe? I would say here, unless you'd rather make a General Hobbit Anything topic. Remember it's still 2 months till any news. Quote

I just hate seeing the mods having to step in. Even though they're here to regulate the topic, I still fell bad. Quote

Where have you seen Mods stepping in? i wasn't exactly aiming for you Fives, just bringing it in that you can ask for piece's on other topics Anyway this topic is more than less dead right now. ;) Dead? i believe to see a couple of comments everyday here... Floundie Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 People were curious about the axe! It isn't a big deal! Let's roll right along now Quote
Darth Punk Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 This topic is called Lego Hobbit 2014 which I view as encompassing the game and it's possible set connections. So people can talk about the game or not, and I don't see how anyone can pick or choice which of the game items to discuss. Be it minfigs with or without armor, wind lances, axes etc.... Quote
deskp Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I don't see how anyone can pick or choice which of the game items to discuss. Well it's all to do with with might ends up in sets. The axe will not end up in any sets for several reasons. Quote
Doctor_ocks Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 No, im annoiyed. Fives could've made an extra topic in the History forum named: Beorn's in game axe. Are you kidding? This entire thread is one long drone about things like the axe. That what it's for. Aren't there age restrictions on this forum? Quote
Darth Punk Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 My exact point. There have been a good deal of discussions about things that probably won't end up in sets. No one person get to pick and choice which gets discussed just because of they are bored by it. Quote

Aren't there age restrictions on this forum? Hey, no need to be like that. He was making a point, even if we didn't agree with him. Why should anyone's age matter? Really though, let's stop before a mod has to intervene. Edited May 1, 2014 by Floundie Quote
bachamn Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 The amount of ruffled feathers over such a null subject of argument is pretty disappointing here. Relaaaaaaax... we're talking about toys, remember? Quote
Steph 104th Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Remember at this stage we have no images to scrutinize, its mostly speculation at this point of what will be in the sets described on the first page, if anyone is not comfortable with that and the speculation discussed here, then maybe this isn't the Thread for you until we get images. kevkipo Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 Having a good day? I guess? Now i want to point to Blazej_Holen It seems that i have misunderstood you the whole time, i hope you can forget my posts to you from the past sorry. Quote
Steph 104th Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 Those who have completed the Hoobit video game, is there a hidden level like we had in the Lord of the Rings game where we had the Mouth of Sauron and Sauron in the miniturised Middle Earth with the actual sets representing the places, if there is one inThe Hobbit game it could provide us with a idea of the sets we are getting later this year. Quote
Cammo Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 There is an extra level like that where you play as Stone Giants but the buildings that are used in that level aren't minifigure scale. Quote
