I would think that any Hobbit bonus fig would be January at best. The Hobbit movie comes out just before Christmas, so a week or so after that. I still don't think we would see Bolg in that role. Given how rarely we see middle Earth bonuses I would think a heroic character would be more likely should they do it. (So far we have Elrond, 2 or 3 Bilbo's and a retread Legolas polybag.)

I'm really hoping that they do Old Bilbo as a bonus with the Blu-Ray. He's less exciting and action-oriented but MUCH more useful in my collection than Bolg would be. I'd also rather have a generic dwarf soldier than Bolg.

If the Bluray minifig is another polybag that we already have, I will skip it like I did the DoS Bluray. In fact, I have yet to see DoS. I plan on getting the Extended Edition this fall.

Was that polybag reused? I never saw it in the US besides in the blu-ray. It may have been somewhere I didn't see, though.

Ya, but the AUJ Target exclusive was blue coat Bilbo. With both video games we got an exclusive figure and with the AUJ we got one, Blu-Ray DoS was the first digital entertainment that gave us a re-used minifigure. It's hard to say really if we will get anymore and what they will be. I'm not expecting any polybags period, but if we DO get some I will be delightfully surprised.

Bain sounds right, though Tauriel is still a serious (and frightening!) possibility. Tell me who wants another Tauriel.

I will be very much surprised if one of the polybags, if we get some, is not a gundabad orc.

For a Bluray exclusive, I think it will be another Bilbo. Old Bilbo would be very good but a bit expected.

If we get two polybags like the other Hobbit waves, I would expect either Thorin or Bard for the first polybag.

The second one would be an army builder. It seems more likely an orc as the other polybags were of antagonists. Both the Mirkwood Elf Guards and the Laketown Guards were working against the Company at the time of their release. However, if we really want to be optimistic, perhaps that polybag will be an Iron Hills Dwarf using Dain's helm.

The prior polybags, unlike the Bluray promotions, do not have even new prints. So an armored elf is out of the question.

Well Tauriel would be somewhat useful for army building generic elves.

If we don't get an Iron Hill dwarf as the second polybag I will be very disappointed, because it would require zero new molds, no new prints, and only switching around a few parts. Dain's beard, helmet minus mohawk, torso and legs, Gimli or Dwalin's head, a spear and maybe a shield. Shame we didn't get a new mold for that though.

What do you mean exclusive? The Bo5A home video exclusive? If there even IS an exclusive, that will most likely be a named character that possibly has a new print. If you are referring to the promo polybags, I am thinking a Gundabad Orc and either Thorin or Bard will be the most likely candidates.
