Hmm... i always see video's with Children running in to Toy Fair -.- just marketing i guess...
February 1, 201411 yr Sorry if this has been posted before but today I´ve seen at Gamestop a Lego Hobbit Video Game ad and it said that both XBox pre-order editions contain a minifigure. I live in Germany so it may be different in other countries. I hope this minifigure will be exclusive because it just said: minifigure. I couldn´t shot a photo but if you want I´ll do it next time.
February 1, 201411 yr Oooh, an exclusive minifigure? I wonder who it could be... I'm hoping for a King Thrain
February 1, 201411 yr It did not say exclusive but I think it would be very likely. I hope we'll get Thrain or maybe an armoured Sauron as we probably won't get him in the new sets.
February 1, 201411 yr Will we be able to see Hobbit sets at NYTF? I only ask because I know in the Superheroes theme we aren't aloud to see GOTG because of potential spoilers for the movie. Edited February 1, 201411 yr by Legoman123

Think about the last two waves- we saw pictures less than a month before their release.
February 1, 201411 yr @just2good: True, but those were released in December so they obviously weren't present at the Toy Fairs The TABA sets are released in October and were shown at the London Toy Fair, so they should be on display in NY as well

Very true. I think that photography won't be allowed on those in particular, but maybe they'll leak on YouTube like the MoS/IM3 sets did from the toy fairs last year. February 1, 201411 yr I don't think it's looking good for the NY toy fair at the moment. They might do what they did last year and just reveal one set due to movie secrecy.
February 1, 201411 yr @Darth Punk: I think you're referring to the SDCC reveals, where they usually show one set per theme of the following winter releases At the NYTF, they've usually displayed all sets, even though photography was not always allowed (e.g. for Toy Story 3). Even if they prohibit photography, at least we get better descriptions and/or leaks

But things are different this year, its being released in october so potential spoilers will come either way. The most telling part was that the sets were at london toy fair..

I dont want to offend you ZCerberus, but he wasnt moderating anything, he just want to notice that this is lego Hobbit 2014 topic, and that many of previous post did not respect that. And I thing that anyone can reply to that issue. I find this as a little bit territorial behaviour, but dont get me wrong almost everybody behaves like that.. :)

Pictures, Video's, Info But i have fate in NY toy fair, we will see something no matter what! I mean they have to! We will see Smaug in the video game thats for sure :P EDIT: Just checked the Deutsch gamestop, this is what i read The Special edition has a lot of extra's including a Exclusive Minifigure So that means it will be Exclusive Edited February 1, 201411 yr by kevkipo
February 1, 201411 yr Yes you are right, it was comic con. I,think there seemed to be a good deal missing in London so I don't really count it. But my point was, I guess, that we probably won't see much until the leaked pics come out from production. But who knows, TLG is always looking to throw us a curve ball, some times a slider. Are they much stricter in Nuremberg about who gets in? Because I haven't seen anyone anywhere saying they have been to the fair. All the info seems to based on photos from Promo Bricks. http://www.promobricks.de/tag/spielwarenmesse Edited February 1, 201411 yr by Darth Punk
February 1, 201411 yr @kevkipo The poster was the same we saw in the instruction books of the second Hobbit wave, only that on the left in the bottom was something written (what I've told you already). No box and no minifigures just text. But I'll keep my eyes open. Edited February 1, 201411 yr by Batsy
February 1, 201411 yr gamestop.de: "Special Edition (GameStop Exclusive!) Features: The Special Edition is (following figure) in a special package including minifigure delivered. Exclusively at GameStop for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One."
February 1, 201411 yr I can't believe this! Now they have Mixels and DC Junior at Nuremberg too! I don't know but Mixels and DC are licensed right!?

Mixels is as licensed as Chima is. DC Juniors is licensed, though. But it ain't based on any upcoming film.
February 1, 201411 yr DC Juniors is licensed, I don't know about Mixels, but there is/will be a show on Cartoon Network. Maybe we'll get infos later, the fair closes monday. Maybe they'll reveal it on monday. I hope we'll see something soon, even if they'd only give is the set names.

Yeah maybe they reveal it at closing... :( maybe, i would be already happy with only set names! That keeps me happy long enough to wait for NY Really if we dont get anything from NY toy fair i will commit suicide, Joking of course...
