The more exiting thing will be to see if the show the soldier elves from prologue, cause we might get those in bo5a set!

March 29, 201410 yr I guess Beorn is a better inclution than an eagle or warg since those are available elsewhere.. But i wouldn't want printed beorn to take up the slot of another minifigure. Yeah we will see the elves :D But i doubt we will see the Iron Hillers :I They are introduced in the third movie so... March 29, 201410 yr I was just thinking, What can we expect in the biggest set aside from Smaug, Thorin, and Bilbo What do you guys think? Will we get all the dwarves that went in Erebor? or a few? March 29, 201410 yr @kevkipo: Good question Smaug won't consume that many parts (20 at best with the claws and everything) so the main build has to be quite substantial with over 800 parts Based on the rather vague LTF descriptions we don't really know what to expect, but I think you're suggestions are accurate even if it's probably not enough for the piece count. So here are my suggestions: - at least one forge (with a chain for Bombur and a switch for Bilbo to operate) - perhaps the mine karts? - some pillars for Smaug to knock over - the throne room - piles of gold - some random ruin parts - a wheelbarrow for Thorin - the room with the mummified dwarv... ok, scratch that one

Knowing Lego they will add some random ruin parts. And about the figs? Will they add them all? wich figs would you like to see? So i just read a report back The other two (I think) sets were more of the village and one included Dain Ironfoot, the other the Bowman's Son amongst a number of other figs, That makes me think... can't we safely say Dain is in the Dale set? He talks about the "Bowman's son" and about Dain ironfoot so he mentions them both And about that "the village" we could safely call that Dale and Lake-Town Then we also have this about the Erebor set: It comes with Bilbo and a few others. We can safely say that LT Bilbo is in that set amongst "a few others" and those are off course the Dwarves I'm just searching for answers right now :P just puzzling the bits and pieces together
March 29, 201410 yr Well if we look at the other flagship sets, Helm's Deep had 8 figs, Pirate Ship Ambush had 9, Goblin King Battle had 6 and a big fig, and Dol Guldur had 6. I don't think it unreasonable to expect the bunch as that's 10 figs and a big fig, and it may explain why the price is so high rather than the chance of a big build.

Yep! 10 would be reasonable

I imagine he will be scaled up in the game.

I think the Elves are must haves aswell. Eagles we already got, already have Beorn figure aswell as lego bears, laketown men can be made from other lego due to them not being uniform. And then we end up with a complete bo5a!
March 30, 201410 yr I was hoping by now we'd have news about a Blu-Ray exclusive minifig, but maybe they're not doing one this year. It's less than two weeks away, so I don't have high hopes.
