Well these were on special in the weekend, so I got three of them for $104 (NZ) each, which at just over 10c a piece is a good price in NZ!

I have built all three of the models that it has instructions for (which is actually four buildings because the main model has two buildings), and they are pretty cool, especially how they are built in two halves with a pivot, so it is possible to make a street of buildings twice as long!

As a Technic builder, the construction is certainly quite different, and it takes a bit of getting used to. My next step is to dismantle them, and build a couple of bigger buildings myself. Results will be posted (eventually)

Just built the Bike Shop creator set. I hope we get more like these, as they're really nice as mini modulars and fit in well to old school town layouts with their open backs. I wonder if a second one is in the cards, as 2 of the 3 builds are fantastic, and even the 3rd's not that bad.

I think the Toy Shop & Grocery is the next thing in this vein, but it's a little smaller.

I have bought four 31026 for €41.50 each in Spain (thanks to some coupons and discount). It's a bargain because the average price is €70

I just bought 31026 today and build it this evening (approx 90 min building time). It was on discount (60 euro) in a local toy shop, and for a 1000 piece set that's a very good deal. It was a fun build with some nice

building techniques but, even better, it is a great parts bin for MOCs, esp. for windows (36) and doors (5) and 2 hatches. I'm going to have a look around to see if I could find them even cheaper and if I do, buy some more.
