Dennis Bosman Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 Really nice model! When seeing this I immediately want to start building a machine again! I'm curious how it really operates and looking forward to a video! Quote
Jeroen Ottens Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 What a beast! That is some impressive excavator. I love the shovel. Normally I am no fan of stacked technic beams to close a surface, but in this case it really works. The whole thing just radiates raw power. I assume that the motors for the tracks are also in the superstrucure? Quote
jantjeuh Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 (edited) Wow. Please tell me you will make (paid) instructions! This one deserves to be frontpaged IMO. Edited January 26, 2014 by jantjeuh Quote
Jody Meyer Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 that is a stunning build. lots of thought went into this one, love that it is minifig. scale, lights add great effect to. Quote
Polo-Freak Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 WOW massive machine, the shovel is stunning Quote
jorgeopesi Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 A sister for my caterpillar 6090 but mine only has 5 motors , very good work. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=73415&hl=6090 Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 Amazing realy good studless moc Quote
unimog123 Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 I love the combination of red and grey. It seems it works great, but could make a video where it's actually moving, not just pictures of it doing something. Great Job! Quote
ritztoys Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 (edited) I hope sheo will release BI, of course I'd be happy to pay for! Beautiful machine, bucket has the best design I've seen. I'll be watching, I'd love to build this............ I have lots of LBG and Red pieces, I need to use these up! Edited January 26, 2014 by ritztoys Quote
Milan Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 I like every part of it, but why red color? Quote
Lakop Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 (edited) Wow! Impressive! I will watch the videos later but I notice there is no yellow. H Animated videos. Edited January 26, 2014 by Horace T Quote
jantjeuh Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 I like every part of it, but why red color? Better than yellow Quote
sheo Posted January 27, 2014 Author Posted January 27, 2014 (edited) Thank you all for your comments! I assume that the motors for the tracks are also in the superstrucure? Yes, they are, as well as the motors for lifting and opening the bucket. Wow. Please tell me you will make (paid) instructions! I hope I will have some time to make instructions and share them! A sister for my caterpillar 6090 but mine only has 5 motors , very good work. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=73415&hl=6090 Great MOC, it's more advanced than mine at least in terms of mechanics! I like every part of it, but why red color? I notice there is no yellow. According to available images and videos, real Terex RH400 machines are usually colored in red and white. cool, what its weight? With or without the driver? That's a huge difference! :D Edited January 27, 2014 by sheo Quote
Energo Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 Amazing! Like everything in this MOC from different functions to powerful design) Quote
dhc6twinotter Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 Awesome machine! Colors work together well. The lever type ( or whatever they are called) LA mounts on the boom are intriguing. Bucket is built superbly, and reverse mounting the LAs on the bucket must have been a bit tricky. Love the fans too! I see there are three u-joints at the boom/bucket connection. I suppose one u-joint is for the bucket open/close and one for the LAs that tip the bucket, but what is the third u-joint for? Very nicely done. Quote
skriblez Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 This is awesome! Really cool and different moc you have made Quote
jantjeuh Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 I hope I will have some time to make instructions and share them! Excellent! Make sure to post it on Rebrickable then Quote
