The mercenary climbs over the ledge and continues starts running down the porch just as Mizuki and Romulus leap over the fence. Meanwhile, Alexander is able to reach the end of the warehouse's roof nearest to the Clement Mansion.

The mercenary quickly takes out a fire bomb and tosses it behind him, setting the flooring on fire and blocking the heroes' paths.

After using the bomb, the mercenary leaps onto a post before proceeding to carefully start walking around the corner, disappearing from view.

QM Note: Just so you know you can look around to get ideas of what to do.

"Damn, the fire isn't going to be easy to jump through. I could throw my Neptune Bomb, I got for Grogmas but I don't have a spare one in case he throws another fire bomb." Mizuki looks around to see what are the other buildings and their directions from where she is.

When Alexander finally reaches his fellow heroes, he sees the fire "Damned mercenary." says before trying to understand where they are in relation to the city map.

The party quickly glances around to see where they were and what they could do.

The party was already facing west.

To the North they faced a 2-story high wall to the roof of the Clement mansion:

To the East was the community warehouse, where they had already been.

To the South were some merchant shops:

"Uggh, we need to stop the fire or It'll rage out of control. But doing that would let him get away........." Mizuki attempts to use the ledges and openings of the 2 storey wall in an attempt to reach the roof of the Clement Mansion.

Romulus swings the water elemental Dawnbreaker at the fire.

Alexander tries a different approach: he returns in the streets and follow the streets between the Clement Mansion and the Merchant Shop until the City Guard District when he turn on his right in an attempt to intercept the mercenary.

Mizuki is able to climb up the wall onto the rooftop of the Clement mansion. Meanwhile, Romulus attempts to kill the fire, but his sword does little to stop it. Alexandre, however, is able to run around the building to see the mercenary climbing across the ledge:

Mizuki tosses down her neptune bomb to Romulus. "Use this, we can't bring more devastation to the town." Mizuki then runs to the north west corner of the Clement Mansion in an attempt to locate the mercenary.

QM Note: If it is ok with Wedge09 I can let Zakura take control of Alexander.

OOC: I'm going to wait for approval before controlling.

Alexander tries to reach the mercenary and caught him when he reach the street.

OOC: Ok, to move the quest faster, Zakura can control Alexander, I highly reccomend to not kill him

QM Note: I am slightly confused as to what Alexander does for his action. The mercenary is climbing across the ledge on between the 2nd and 3rd floor.

OOC:I think Alexander wants to run through the streets towards the mercenary's location. He would end up under the mercenary.

QM Note: What does a Neptune bomb do?

Mizuki rushes to the edge of the rooftop, looking down to see the mercenary. Meanwhile, Alexander rushes forward until he is directly below the mercenary. Seeing the heroes, the mercenary leaps across the street onto a ladder of one of the buildings being constructed. As he grabs on, the lower part of the ladder breaks off and falls to the side, leaving the heroes without an easy way to get up.

Romulus throws the Neptune bomb into the fire, extinguishing the flames, but also knocking him backwards off the side of the building.

Mizuki attempts to jump from the roof onto the top of the construction site.
