Mencot Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Once again - what makes you and Sally think that I've quoted to Helen. Furthermore, the pm quote was in no way related to proving my role or allegiance, it was actually an attempt to analyse the wording used therein. Okay (not ok-ey) so this is a game? You are so gonna burn in h*** with your scummy buddy Sally And I thought you said that you had PM to Helen but I guess I saw it somewhere else then Melinda the scissor took your tongue?
Piratedave84 Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 For all those people who suspected Tickles, I'm inclined to believe that he's simply a monster who doesn't have any information on anyone. I guess you could argue that he's doing a good job flying under the radar, but I think it's more of he doesn't have any outside information to contribute so he's doing the best with what he can find in the threads. As a result, it looks like he's summarizing. Vote Sally (Scubacarrot) Too many contradictions, too confusing. If you're going to claim tracker and be suspicious of someone, why not find some time to track them? Maybe you can make the argument that Helen was more important than Derek on Night 1, but after that? If you suspected me, why not try and contact me or call me out in public? And then there's all those contradictory statements. Why would you come to the defence of someone who had accrued 5 votes; this is very odd. Could Tickle not have defended himself? Why are you compeled to defend him? Was there a miscount or did someone get two votes? I got 2 votes today for answering the riddles!!! Yay me!
Hinckley Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Helen's frigid hands You're always so cruel! Darling, you're missing the most damning point about tracking Giovanni. Pamela doesn't corroborate your story that she made you paranoid about Giovanni. The conversation happened today, anyway. You said it happened earlier and that's why you targeted Giovanni. Lies, darling. Did you forget to try to accuse her? Wouldn't she logically be the Scum if you are in fact a Townie, love? Hmmmm? The way I see it, a scumster wouldn't need to share their role pm to anyone There's a reason that "pretending to quote" a role PM is against the rules too. You could easily have tampered with your role PM, and then when I told you it was against the rules, you eagerly or should I say _eagerly_ ran to Mercutio to get your penalty. Quoting your role PM hasn't convinced me of shit, darling. But what's _your_ huge problem with all of that? Time for a major meta-accusation here. I've seen people use *asterisks* for emphasis before and seen other applications where asterisks make the resulting post *bold*. But the only application I've ever used where _italics_ are accomplished by _underscores_ is a writeboard. Am I wrong? Does anyone know where else this habit could've come from? Until town block say something about you two, in my eyes you are both scum trying to fool us. I agree the argument is staged and that Melinda is one of the remaining Scum. Because I picked sensible targets, I caused myself to be lynched? Again, I'll point out the biggest reason to lynch you is that you gave justification for targeting Giovanni that wasn't corroborated by Pamela. And then you failed to accuse her of lying, which would logically be what you would do if you were telling the truth. Therefore, your pants are on fire. Liar. I will wait what Helen has to say about this if you have sent her something I said it above, she quoted me her role PM, which could have easily been edited to look like a Town PM. I pointed out to her that she had broken the game rules and she went to Mercutio to confess. _And then she empasized it by trying to get lynched by voting Kristel to draw the Scum out_ or something like that. I never quite understood her plan.
MetroiD Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Helen, your endless thrashing around is helping no one. And if you don't trust me now, you won't trust me - _ever_. The thing is though, I can't trust you either anymore. Apparently, in my case it's all the same anyway since I'm a useless vanilla townie, as Sally aptly put it (and yet, still voted against a townie). But the fact that after I've worked so hard to try and help Town, you are now comfortably laying the foundations for a vote against me tomorrow if I actually survive, speaks tons. By the way, you should be way more familiar with scum writeboards, metamaster, and following your logic, how can we be sure that this entire tennis match between yourself and Sally in terms of message and in-thread accusations is not just a cover? I'd vote against you right now if I wasn't pretty sure that no one would really consider following. The town has put all its faith in you right now, let's see where that leads first - and that's also what I'm choosing to do. Oh, and Mikatta - yes. Consider me tongueless, since I really can't be bothered with your drivel.

MetroiD Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 IRC Chat. For a pub of sorts. Greenies go there.
Hinckley Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 IRC Chat. For a pub of sorts. Greenies go there. Well, there you have it.
Mencot Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Oh, and Mikatta - yes. Consider me tongueless, since I really can't be bothered with your drivel. Yea there is no need to bother about you, this is a pretty clear case!
Hinckley Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Oh dear, I seem to have removed my skirt and panties! Why would I do such a thing? Oh, I know. It's so the Council can kiss my daffodil-yellow megablocks. You are so going down. You all suck. Don't forget to kill me tonight. I know all of your false claims. Time to take me out if you want a chance at winning this. But you won't because you're bok-bok-bekok! Chickens!!! Kiss my megablocks.
MagPiesRUs Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 I can sort of understand why a tracker wouldn't want to target Derek, but Sally's inconsistencies regarding her tracking of Giovanni seem inexcusable. Vote: Sally Carrotine (Scubacarrot) Does anyone else find it interesting that over the past few days, Giovanni has been defending Sally and Lacey? As for Sally, I find her defense believable. When she mentioned identity cards, I think she was first just looking for something to burn. Pretty risky if she was scum to try and bring them out, especially considering what happened in the first CMF mafia. Even if she didn't know about it, I'm pretty sure someone on the scum team would have given them a heads up. And then the fact that she changed her mind is equally believable to me. If she didn't realize that the characters could correspond to roles, then it's perfectly reasonable for her to change her mind when she realized. After reviewing the day thread, it looks like Sally really only pressured Bleep and Melinda. Even then, she's really only pursued Bleep. If that's really what he said (and I don't see any reason to doubt it is), it's just another bullet in his robotic head. I'm also concerned about the time he sent the message. Why was he busy sending PMs to Helen instead of defending himself in our conversation? Surly he could do both. If he really wanted to prove his innocence, he would be talking with all of us in the thread. And why did he choose to target Sally? She hasn't really done anything super scummy to me. I'm not so certain about Lacey, but I think that a strong case can be made for Melinda. She seemed to act pretty confused about the whole idea of egos/IDs early on yesterday. Pretty much anyone who was reading the thread should have at least been able to come up with a general thought about what was going on. Plus, she made a (weak) case for lynching Sally, then disappeared and never said a thing during the whole Kingsley issue. Does anyone recall seeing Melinda lurking around during that time? And this combined with the fact that Sally has apparently cleared Giovanni of having a night action. What's the likelihood that the scum really do have a tracker? That seems to be the only way that Sally's lie would be sustainable in the long run, unless she just kept targeting other members of the council.
Darkdragon Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 I haven't seen anything to convince me that the case against you is a lie or even any reason to doubt it at all. Vote: Sally Carrotine (Scubacarrot) IRC Chat. For a pub of sorts. Greenies go there. I've never seen such a thing.
Hinckley Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 I've never seen such a thing. You haven't seen IRC or you haven't seen underscores make italics in IRC?
Darkdragon Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 You haven't seen IRC or you haven't seen underscores make italics in IRC? Hahah never seen IRC? I know you're joking. Ive never seen anyone in IRC use italics or bold. I just tested it in my client (and the web client most drop-bys use) and the underscores do nothing, but that's not to say every client is the same.

The beheaders surround Sally, getting ready to touch her luscious, ash-filled hair. "That scalp will look sooo nice on my ass, honey!" Melinda says. "Well, it'll probably be on fire too" Sally remarks. The group gets closer until.... The minotaur jumps out and onto Sally, beating her back and forth. Melinda and Timothy pass out from shock. Sally's beheaded body spurts out a large blood splatter from her neck. Send your night actions in.
