deehtha Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 Is Sheepo's MB 300 SL supposed to have 2 entries in the HoF? There is one on page 6 and one on page 7. Quote
KirTech LAB Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 Is Sheepo's MB 300 SL supposed to have 2 entries in the HoF? There is one on page 6 and one on page 7. This model deserves it  Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 Wow....silly me. Thanks for pointing that out. This model deserves it  Some people would say that, but it is unfair on the rest of the members who have a entry in the HOF. Quote
CollinsLegoTechnicDen Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 I am off course to lazy to check if some one has already suggested this but what about some RoscoPC creations , topic link ------> http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=54190 pictures -----> and my all time Favorite up close ----> But to be honest there all pretty darn awesome :classic: Quote
JJ2 Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 I vote that JamesJT's 1963 corvette is in the HOF http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=131166&st=50 it really deserves it. Quote
Jeroen Ottens Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 It's not April's fool yet... But why has this topic turned into a HoS????? Quote
JJ2 Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 It's not April's fool yet... But why has this topic turned into a HoS????? My thoughts exactly... since when has it been like this? Quote
Lego Nerd Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 My thoughts exactly... since when has it been like this? Actually, it's been like this since April 1. The title didn't get edited back yet, but the first post, which on the 1st said "HoS" was edited on April 2 back to "HoF". The HoF itself was changed to HoS on the 1st, too, and was reverted to HoF in short order. Quote
efferman Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 Why the topic title is "hall of shame discussion" ? Quote
Lego Nerd Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Why the topic title is "hall of shame discussion" ? April Fool's joke. It's been this way since last April. Hopefully the mods will fix this soon. Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Opps... Yes It was the April Fools joke from this year,I thought I had changed it back but obviously forgot too. Quote
metulskie8 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 indeed the moderators cook only with water ;-) Quote
MaxSupercars Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 (edited) I'm nominating the 1963 Corvette C2 Stingray from JamesJT for HoF. Great use of seat panels and overall great design of the car. Really masterpiece! Here link: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=134385#entry2581357 Max Edited June 7, 2016 by MaxSupercars Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 I will add it in the next update. Thank you for posting in the HOF discussion topic and not in the model's topic. Quote
schraubedrin Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 I'm a newbie, so forgive me if i'm wrong, but: Might the akiyuki GBCs be HoF-worthy? They fit the "Could this be sitting on Blakbirds shelf?!" criterium quite well, The only thing missing is the topic from the builder himself, at least there's The Akiyuki Project Quote
Blakbird Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Might the akiyuki GBCs be HoF-worthy? They fit the "Could this be sitting on Blakbirds shelf?!" criterium quite well, The only thing missing is the topic from the builder himself, at least there's The Akiyuki Project The models are certainly worthy, but having the builder be a EB member is a basic requirement. The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to show the best of Eurobricks. Quote
Lipko Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Not everything sitting on Blakbirds shelf s included in the HoF. Quote
MaxSupercars Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 I will add it in the next update. Thank you for posting in the HOF discussion topic and not in the model's topic. Congrats JamesJT... ;) Max Quote
Blakbird Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Not everything sitting on Blakbirds shelf s included in the HoF. Nor is everything in the HoF sitting on Blakbird's shelf. There is a pretty strong correlation though. Quote
DrJB Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 I'm thinking a Venn Diagram with the subsets: 1. Number of Models in the HoF 2. Number of Models on Blakbird's shelves 3. Number of Models common to both 1 and 2. Quote
thomol Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 I'm nominating Nikolay's motorcycle for its excellent functionality: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=134838#entry2586039 Quote
Lego Nerd Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 I'm nominating Nikolay's motorcycle for its excellent functionality: http://www.eurobrick...38#entry2586039 I second this. It's impressive, and has plenty of clever uses of pieces. Quote
thomol Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Nominating Lipko's telehandler http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=135779#entry2591096 Great looks and functionality, one of few with self levelling forks! Quote
