Khorne Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 "What is it you know, dwarf? Where have you been? Spit it!" Eric said, glaring at the dwarven member of the party. Before receiving any response, the Raider already turned to the Vampire who was addressing him. "You impress me Nord. You impress me greatly. You're not like the snivelling fools who accompany you. Why would someone as proud and mighty as you travel with such idiocy?" "I get paid to do so." he dryly replied to the Vampire's inquiry. "We either let this p-prick go, or we send him to his final resting place. What do we do with him, guys?" "We let him go." Quote

Duvors Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 A bright golden flash and a loud pop announced the sudden arrival of a letter and a large shield in the air in front of Throlar, both of which fell to the earth. Throlar swiftly grabbed them both and after hitching the shield to his back he read the letter, his face changed as he read, then, very slowly, he folded it and placed it in his pocket. "Must have been lost in the system." he said. (OCC; Many thanks for bothering to finish Tidings Sandy. OOC: My stupid internet's buggered up again, and I doubt I'll be able to post until Tuesday. Kintobor Posted March 19, 2014 Author Posted March 19, 2014 (edited) Throlar approaches the plate, and examines it. Trying to push on the doors, he discovers the doors are locked, and that the plate must be the thing keeping the doors shut. However, the lock was anything but simple. On the metal plate were seven sections cut out, with each section being the same size. Where two of the holes should have been, the numbers one and two were carved in. 2 _ _ _ _ _ _ 1 _ The party has but one last obstacle before they can enter the Inner Sanctum, a set of wooden doors. Locking it is a metal plate with seven sections carved into it. The diagram above shows the location of the holes, identified by a "_", as well as the location of the "One" and the "Two". There doesn't seem to be any clues around the area as to what the plate is, or what the correlation of the 1 and the 2 are, or what goes in the seven holes. "It's a puzzle?
