February 7, 201411 yr Author You're joking right? DC Comics character. Famous member of the Justice League. Next month's Lego promo figure. Oh sorry, I am more of a Marvel fan, but I love Batman.
February 7, 201411 yr OOH tough one! Probably my top 10 in no particular order are: The Batcave, the Quinjet, Smallville Battle, The Riddler Chase, The daily bugle, The bat vs. bane tumbler, nick fury's flying car, captain America vs. hydra, Batman vs. Mr freeze Aquaman on ice, Doc Ock truck heist.

Man, I really can't wait til I get that BAT and Bane Tumbler set!
February 7, 201411 yr I've never owned a comic in my life, but I do have an appreciation for the art form and for super heroes in general. I recently picked up the Power Armor Lex set. You really can't beat it. Two iconic super heroes, Lex Luther, and a really nice looking power armor build for $20.
February 7, 201411 yr Godtshep: Its a great set. In person if you only put the side door stickers on the tumbler it looks much more like the film and the bat is probably the coolest flying vehicle batman Lego have produced it looks slick and is nice and poseable. The great draw is that you get bane though from TDKR and Gordon and the TDKR version of batman is accurate armour detailing wise shame its not black but the grey looks really cool!
February 8, 201411 yr Oh sorry, I am more of a Marvel fan, but I love Batman. Oh okay. But you should definitely check out some DC cartoons! Justice League and Young Justice come to mind!
February 9, 201411 yr Author Oh okay. But you should definitely check out some DC cartoons! Justice League and Young Justice come to mind! Sounds good! I watched an episode of 'The Batman' cartoon on Kix yesterday, and now I want to see more!
February 9, 201411 yr Sounds good! I watched an episode of 'The Batman' cartoon on Kix yesterday, and now I want to see more! I love that show! Until season 3... but up to that point it was good! 'The Batman' is by far the best Batman show, I just wish for sets of it Yeah eh? That would just be the the best! As far as my favourite sets... definitely ones from this year. From the DC line, definitely the Joker's Steamroller (even though I've yet to get it) because of course, Batgirl (sorry, huge bias because of that!). From the MARVEL line, I'd have to say the upcoming Spider-man Doc Ock Truck Heistt. Although the Escape from Doc Ock's lab set was cool, the Doc Ock wasn't (not a big fan of ultimate Spider-man), so seeing a more classic-looking Doc Ock like the one from the comics + the Animated Series definitely catapaults this to best set for me. Baisically, a combo of nostalgia, good minifigs, playability and affordability (LEGO is getting really expensive here in Canada!). In a close second would probably be from DC the Riddler Chase (FLASH!!) and from MARVEL that upcoming Hulk's Lab escape, with that nice selection of assroted minifgures. Seriously, this year's line for Superheroes seems like the best one yet! If we exclude this year, I'd probably say the Battle for Metropolis from MOS (mocer's bias, had a good selection of minifigs and parts) and from MARVEL the flying car thing with Venom. Anyone else agree? Edited February 25, 201411 yr by Jared
February 9, 201411 yr 'The Batman' is by far the best Batman show, I just wish for sets of it Eh, Batman: TAS was better in my opinion, but it is an awesome show. I just hated those villain designs ! Except Hugo Strange. Besides, they did get Alfred right!
February 9, 201411 yr Oh definatly 76012 . Batman rideler chase . Love flash. Eh, Batman: TAS was better in my opinion, but it is an awesome show. I just hated those villain designs ! Except Hugo Strange. Besides, they did get Alfred right! I just whish they would make Alfred again. . Edited February 9, 201411 yr by legomtron
February 10, 201411 yr Author I just whish they would make Alfred again. . Yeah, and hopefully he would be like The Batman or Batman:TAS versions. Even though I really like the Michael Caine Alfred from the Nolan films.
February 10, 201411 yr I saw a few have love for the Two-Face chase. Why? The build was great, but for such a large set it had 2 henchmen and a security guard/cop, and the purple/orange variant of Two-Face. Yuck. Give me a black/white or blue/brown suit any day. They also missed a golden chance for Jim Gordon in place of the guard and 2 henchmen is a bit of a waste of minifigs. Could've slotted in Croc or Clayface into one of those 2 slots.

I hardly think henchmen are a waste of space. Do you really think TWO-Face wouldn't walk around with at least TWO Henchmen?
February 10, 201411 yr I hardly think henchmen are a waste of space. Do you really think TWO-Face wouldn't walk around with at least TWO Henchmen? Fair call, but I maintain it was a missed opportunity on Gordon. So often in media you see Gordon, Batman and Dent together before he turns into Two Face.
February 10, 201411 yr Fair call, but I maintain it was a missed opportunity on Gordon. Jim came in a set. And besides, what's Gotham without nameless guards and cops?
February 10, 201411 yr Author Jim came in a set. And besides, what's Gotham without nameless guards and cops? Yeah, but a comic version or Greg Foley would have been nice.
February 11, 201411 yr Exactly Jim in comic form, with grey hair and a trench coat, not Garry Oldman form.
February 11, 201411 yr I said the Two-Face Chase because the builds are good and do is the playability. The minifigs are secondary. I just focus in what is in a set and not what shoulda/coulda been. I prefer Two-Face's classic orange and purple color scheme too
February 13, 201411 yr I don't have it yet, but the new Doc Ock Truck Heist set looks very nice. I really like the comics Doc Ock, and I haven't picked up any other Spiderman sets, so it will be my first Spiderman minifig.

I really like the comics Doc Ock, and I haven't picked up any other Spiderman sets, so it will be my first Spiderman minifig. I may get that at some point. But there are lots of other sets to get first
