Khorne Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Well, the Kontor is the fourth Waterfront module. I had it on display in Antwerpen and reworked it some. It isn't quite finished yet, but I had to use it for story purposes. So, next Brickmania in November you can see it for real! Khorne, good to see you here again, back to building for Mitgardia? I'd like to get into building again some more, but I don't really have much inspiration at the moment. I took a look at the Age of Mitgardia topic and tried to MOC something for the competition, but I wasn't able to build something that pleased me enough . Quote
kabel Posted February 10, 2014 Author Posted February 10, 2014 Why don't you build something displaying what happed to your character after he got elected PM. Maybe he was taken by Kaliphlin headhunters and forced into slavery? Of course there is alway the drow option, but it doesn't sound quite as plausible. Hey, I finally know what happed to Eric Grimmson after he got captured by the Shraliek! Quote

Hey, I finally know what happed to Eric Grimmson after he got captured by the Shraliek! At least we know who's door to lay all the Kaliphlin pirates to. Hmm... that gives me a really good idea... And of course, go ahead and hunt down more Mitgardian commissioned 'Kaliphlin' pirates. Quote
DrColossus Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 This is beautiful and well planned! Love the posing, really makes it come alive. I think the guys in the launch boarding the Arandela is my favorite bit! Quote
kabel Posted February 11, 2014 Author Posted February 11, 2014 so they call peace loving Steen Larsson a war monger and trouble maker. What you guys haven't understood yet is that reaction usually follows action. Check these out: I can make a house/shop [in Thorshaven] And some slaves workers unloading the Amazon I [will] invade Mitgardia and burn it to ashes (...) I am sure I (...) have the backing of all of Kaliphlin on that. ... Guess you guys now understand why we couldn't sit back and observe all this aggression anymore! Quote

Classic Mitgardian hyperbole -- taking my quote out of context. I guess we could always cut off the supply of heating oil. Quote
MKJoshA Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 We don't use heating oil in the north, who are you trying to kid? We are waaay tougher than that. Quote

That is not what our ledgers say, coin never lies my friend. We have been getting rich off of many generations of shivering Mitgardians. Quote

That's not shivering! That's our muscles yearning to break free and seek revenge on anyone who slanders the North! Quote
SkaForHire Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 To slander, what one says must be untrue. It is a known fact that Mitgardians hide their cuddly, often confused, perpetually freezing selves behind their rough exteriors. Quote

You're only selling to those who have moved from Kaliphlin to Mitgardia. They still haven't gotten used to our pleasent temperatures. That's not shivering! That's our muscles yearning to break free and seek revenge on anyone who slanders the North! HA! Oh yes, that's some of the best trash talk I've heard all day! Quote

I didn't know 98% of Mitgardia was Kaliphlin ex-pats, I guess we overfilled the deserts and own the north too now. Quote
kabel Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 True Mitgardians warm themselves on a block of ice and shiver because they are mad it's not cold enough! And speaking of trade, I'm sure you're not willing to let got of that nice Mitgardian ale and how in the world are you going to grow you boastful Kaliphlin cities without Mitgardian timber? Classic Mitgardian hyperbole -- taking my quote out of context. I learned (and tought) proper quoting at the University of Washington Paratrea, so technically the quote is totally alright Quote

But, yes very nicely done. We have plenty of wood in the Wither Woods, Eastgate is a large supplier of live oak to rest of Kaliphlin -- besides those Avalonians have plenty of wood to trade for!!! The beer would be a loss though. But We can solve the shivering problem you all are having with our new drive to save Mitgardia. Quote

Lord Vladivus Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Pretty sure the Mitgardian ladies don't need the oil- they use their fine beards as scarves. Quote
