February 20, 201411 yr oh no, this is a really hard choice, minas morgul with morgul orcs and maybe the witchking, or the grey havens which would have a possibility of including cirdan, old bilbo and celeborn, i think i will go with minas morgu, just for the possibility of new orcs and the witchking Edited February 20, 201411 yr by LegoPanda
February 20, 201411 yr Author Gray Havens for me. Minas Morgul just does not appeal for me. There are no unique minifigs that would have to come with Minas Morgul. I think those minifig would likely appear in other sets.

I think those minifig would likely appear in other sets. MM is a fine opportunity for the witch king and fell beast, not to mention new Orc prints.
