Posted February 19, 201411 yr Based upon those built by Genie/Terex, this aerial lift was an experiment in both detailed and realistic building, coupled with functionality. Much of that functionality has been retained in this model. The boom elevates to a variety of angles with help from semi-functional hydraulic pistons and a locking mechanism for the joint between both booms. True to the original, the front wheels act as outriggers and are able to move closer together/farther apart. I hope you enjoy this model, and I'm sincerely sorry for the off-white edges of the photos, it's really bugging me. February 19, 201411 yr Very realistic, you can hardly tell it's made of Lego, although I do spot a single stud in there.

February 20, 201411 yr Author Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm glad you all enjoy this MOC as much as I do! This is brilliant! Looks just like the real thing. I wish you would post more of your creations, too. My current WIPs include a semi truck, a flatbed for the aforementioned truck, an ambulance, a crawler crane and a few space-themed builds. There's lots to come!
