BaronSat Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Hello, Cute stuff is very groovy these days and I saw so many great "cutifyied" icons from our favourites movies or comics that I wanted to have mines. And here they are. Can you identify this one? And that one? The "stickers" have been photoshoped because I'm too lazy to.... well I"m too lazy ... Six more to come. Quote
dvsntt Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Those are fantastic. My fault for not recognizing what the black "Lincoln" and the red "Metropolitan" cabrio are from (that is what they looked like to me), but I like them all the same. Very clever techniques. Quote
Digivolution Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 VERY NICE! I Don't think I've ever seen the part you used for the Ecto-1 windshield. Very creative. Quote
escortmad79 Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 1. Jeep from Jurassic Park 2. General Lee from Dukes of Hazard 3. The Lincoln from The Car? 4. Plymouth from Christine 5. The A Team van 6. Ecto1 from Ghostbusters Quote

Yes those two aren't easy, VERY NICE! I Don't think I've ever seen the part you used for the Ecto-1 windshield. Very creative. Thanks. The windshield is a vert simple part : 6238 Windscreen 4 x 4 x 1 1. Jeep from Jurassic Park 2. General Lee from Dukes of Hazard 3. The Lincoln from The Car? 4. Plymouth from Christine 5. The A Team van 6. Ecto1 from Ghostbusters The 3rd is not what I had in mind when building, but would make a great addition to the famous vehicle list. BTW bravo for your knowledge in classic movies but it's much more simple and modern and from a popular TV show not a film. No that's not GOT Edited February 19, 2014 by BaronSat Quote
Bricktimus Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 These are great! I love the Jurassic park car and Ecto 1! They're fantastic!! Quote
BaronSat Posted February 20, 2014 Author Posted February 20, 2014 These are great! I love the Jurassic park car and Ecto 1! They're fantastic!! Thanks. It seems everybody love the Ecto 1 these days. Here are the others. Yes it is different from the previous one... seriously. What about that one? Quote
CMP Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I really like all these. They're both well-designed and pretty recognizable. I guessed the third one from the first batch was an older Batmobile design, now I'm not sure. For the second batch....can't name the first, the second is the BttF DeLorean, The Mystery Machine of Scooby-Doo, the Breaking Bad RV (I think), the Aliens APC, and the modern Batmobile. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Those are really neat. I really like the Mystery Machine, the snotwork on the RV and the newer Batmobile! Quote
Faefrost Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 #3, The Green Hornet's Black Beauty? No idea on the red one or the Winnebago from the second set? Quote
into the blue Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 With a paint job like that, the red one has to be the car from Starsky & Hutch. Am I showing my age here? Quote

Not an old Batmobile but that's an interesting idea. Yes for the rest. Those are really neat. I really like the Mystery Machine, the snotwork on the RV and the newer Batmobile! Thanks. I have always loved the scooby doo van too. #3, The Green Hornet's Black Beauty? No idea on the red one or the Winnebago from the second set? No... But ... Carry on my wayward son... For the Winnebago, if I say mobile lab does it rings a bell? With a paint job like that, the red one has to be the car from Starsky & Hutch. Am I showing my age here? Yes and ... Yes ;D but wait a minute... That means I do too... Crap. Edited February 20, 2014 by BaronSat Quote
Kez Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Wow these are awesome, in response to your second picture post my guesses are: 1) Starsky and hutch 2) BTTF Delorean 3) Scooby Doo mystery Machine 4) Breaking Bad RV 5) Alien APC 6) The bat mobile Keep them coming, this is great work and instantly recognisable vehicles Quote
samurai-turtle Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 No... But ... Carry on my wayward son... That makes me think the car is form "Supernatural" TV show on the "CW". And at first I thought the RV was from "Ben 10" but it does not look like it. (By the way has any one ID the first red car?) Quote

That makes me think the car is form "Supernatural" TV show on the "CW". And at first I thought the RV was from "Ben 10" but it does not look like it. (By the way has any one ID the first red car?) Someone who knows the classic, yes it's the Impala. Concerning the red and white one, you just have to read the answer just above yours. Quote

arc Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Very nice! They're instantly recognizeable. (At least most of them) my faves are the jurassic park explorer, the bttf delorean, and the ecto-1. Quote
