Just a quick question.....should the 2014 police station go at the far end along side the bike shop ?

I need to plan the expansion forwards and to both left and right of the bank/gas station......any suggestions would be welcome.....thanks.

Your service station design is perfect. I particulary like that roof.

The other shops are great too

With all these pics, you tempted my son to build all his city sets. I guess that I am going to have some work today.

Your town reminds me of my childhood; building cities covering the floor of my entire room. Still LT with your skills and the amount of bricks used in this I'd love to see you try your hand at a modular.

Thanks for the kind words 'SalvoBrick' and 'Hobbythom', modulars I have tried in the past but I can't get into them as much as old school classic town open back designs.....takes me back to ten years of age.......and I'm 46 this year......10 was a long time ago !

Keep watching !

Thanks for reviving Avalonia City, LT. It's always good to see a classic open-back city

I'm keeping watching!

Thanks 'Iaka' for the positive vibes there........and AC will keep on growing........Avalonia Forever !

Today I will be trying to finish off the coffee kiosk with seating out front of it......then I need to give AC a rest for a little while so I can finish stage one of NM for a display next month and prep'ing for an even bigger show in May......keep watching !

i like this, it looks fantastic, hope those buildings stay there for a long time

Thanks for the kind words 'charly1221', I will be just packing them away......no way I'm stripping down my gas station or bank building.....neither the sets too......I might just need AC for May.

Keep watching !

I decided to finalise how big AC will be for the moment........

Now only final trimmings......and there's lots of that to be done. (yes, I know I have a road plate with a bend in it  )

There is still some small structural work to be done, plus stacks of pavement/footpaths to be done.

Keep watching !

Now since NM needs me next so I'll be leaving AC till next month so keep watching !

Since NM will be taking up all my time in the next two months, I have decided tonight to put AC on hold not for a few weeks but for a few months.

The pub redo is tough, plus I need vehicles for NM especially for May.

Keep watching for NM updates.

Can't wait to see more New Mannum! It's my favorite of your cities.

Thanks, though it's only a town.....not a city.

I'm currently designing a fresh set of vehicles for NM since the show in May is to do with transport through time.

Keep watching ! :classic:

Well, of your layouts in general. It's my favorite, whatever it is.

Thanks again, now depending on money and what happens over the next three weeks......AC maybe started sooner than expected......keep watching !
