April 11, 20168 yr My son got Jokerland from his grandparents for his birthday. We built it together today and it's really one of those sets that seems pretty good on pictures and videos but is so much greater when you're building it and playing with it.
April 12, 20168 yr Got the Milano Spaceship Rescue at 50% off from the B&N clearance. I'm not too interested in it, so I'll probably end up selling it. They did have 4 or 5 The Mine sets from Minecraft at 50% off too, and when I checked BL when I got home, that turned out a far better investment. I'll probably have to wait till the sequel comes out to get a good return on the Milano, but it looks like a fun build so I don't know if I'll be able to save it...

April 24, 20168 yr this past Wednesday I purchased myself a might micros Batman vs Catwoman. Some nice print pieces like the Batman symbol tile and the Catwoman pyramid shaped tile with cat eyes. Cute set overall
May 5, 20168 yr My other half picked me up 6 packets of Disney CMF's last night... only found one place in our town that does them by the looks of things! Off for a hair cut tonight, think I may find myself back in the shop she found them to pick up a few more seeing as it's close!

August 14, 20168 yr Got 76044 Clash of Heroes. That Batman printing is spectacular. It makes the very nice Superman in the set look impoverished by comparison. Too bad most of it gets covered by the armor and that the armor also quickly crinkles Batman's cape. Still it is amazing to get these two iconic figures in one set.
August 14, 20168 yr Originally I trying to got 76045 Kryptonite Interception but unfortunately it's unavailable at the stores. So I get 76053 Batman: Gotham City Cycle Chase instead. The minifigures is awesome!

August 28, 20168 yr 76057 Spider-Man: Web Warriors Ultimate Bridge Battle There's always griping with pricing amongst this line...this one is a bit of a mystery. 6 exclusive minifigs & a huge build. Seems odd that it's priced rightly so at $99. It's great to see, it would be nice if this were the norm. Although, the addition of the police ATV with no rider is strange. Maybe it's Captain Stacy's. He had to abandon it to go after the Vulture & Doc Ock on the open sea.
