I ordered mine Friday night, the order processed Saturday, got shipped out Sunday, been in transit through FedEx, arrived in my state today, sent the package to USPS early this morning, still hasn't arrived yet, and my regular mail hasn't even come by yet. Not happy.

I'm kind of sad because my flash has a large sloppy misprint with a yellow streak on its mask on an eye area. Are sloppy misprints getting more common? I have a decent amount of exclusive figures that have crappy misprints on them.

This Batmobile is a slight departure from the standard batmobile we've been getting. No turbine engine, no tailfins. For those of us who like a certain type of Batmobile, or just want a bit of diversity in our Bat Garage, it's a breath of Fresh Air.

To address your Flash issue, you have a few options to clean up the slop. You could use a cotton swab and some brasso to try to remove the slop, or you could contact Lego for a replacement. I am certain they would happily help.

So I went to my 'local' Lego store (over an hour of a drive) and surprise surprise, they had no more Martian Manhunters in stock. They also had 3 Grand Emporiums left, and lucky me, I didn't have enough money, I was expecting to have enough and by one by the time I got there. This review did nothing but remind me that when Lego does give some variety in these sets, they come out, like this. I hate to be the sour puss, but Lego really needs tdo something about this. It's a monthly giveaway, why did I have to go in the first week or two? Also couldn't order online since I'm in the middle of a move. *Sigh*

I'm going to get my MM off of eBay tonight. He is selling for £8.99 and there are more than 10 available (at least there was yesterday).

I feel bad for those who missed out, but I spread the word to any board I posted on, to insure it reached far and wide. Looks like it did, in fact spread far and wide.

Hopefully those who missed out can trade for or buy one.

I believe phone orders are possible for those without access to the internet.

They likely used previous giveaways to gauge how many they needed, as they had leftover stock of Jor-El. They under anticipated demand in this case, and sold out.

I hope those who truly want one can still get one before the price peaks.

I have spare I am willing to trade, but I will wait until I have enough posts to post in the trade section to keep within the site guidelines.

I got mine a few days ago, and it is a great fig, a must have for DC collectors.

I still think a JL HQ or similar set is possible, they could include another DC hero not produced yet.

I think we may eventually get a more classic J'onn along with a classic Barry and Hal at some point. We just got a 1970s style Batman in the Juniors set, and a classically styled 'Big Seven' would look fantastic in a display.

It'd be neat to get a Kirby styled Avengers lineup too!

A lot of toys made for little kids have the light blue Bats, such as Imaginext .

Weighing in on MM being sold out. its not that MM is a wanted figure as not many people are comic fans or know who MM is. It's more like TLG released a whole bunch of sets people have wanted since January, which is when they should been released. It's like if Lego had a different shipping incentive and it sold out, doesn't mean much.

I imagine if this theme has legs, the 1970s Batman will turn up in regular sets too.

I don't know how much credence I can give to the belief that MM sold out simply because a lot of new Lego sets were released simultaneously. Sure, some people can't wait for new sets, but isn't the Double VIP Points promo next month? I would think that whoever wanted a MM spent the money on sets to get it. Otherwise, why not wait 31 days and receive double points? The only thing better than free money and free beer is free Lego.

I don't have a vip membership. MM was the first time I ordered from S@H.

I think its also because people expected them to be realeased in January and not two months later, the the impatience and lust for the sets came in, and fans ordered the second they could, they did. Plus you have those people who ordered multiple time for battle packs and such.

Plus some people dont care about VIP.
