parksroad Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 (edited) Oh my. Is that a row of museum cases? Is this in a museum? Cuz that belongs in a museum. <pulls out hat, whip> Edited March 10, 2014 by parksroad Quote
Lady K Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 Wow!! So many details I don't know where to look first. Awesome lava, best I've seen. This is a great build! Love all the interior details as well. Quote
Thelegomaster Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 The details and colors are amazing!!! The first thing I noticed other than the lava, was the SPACESHIP!!!! Quote
Lego Spy Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 This is incredible! Great work on the lava, and the building look exceptional! Quote
Kai NRG Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 Beautiful job! The lava especially is fantastic, but so are all the other details! Excellent work! Quote
Doom2099 Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 I am absolutely blown away! Incredible work on the lava and the classic space theme is always welcome! Well done. Quote
Lego Otaku Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 Almost looks like Mustafar scene in Star Wars. Quote
DPrime Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 Congrats on getting front paged! Well deserved. :) Quote
Gunman Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 Hey there Migalart ! Congrats on being frontpaged. Well deserved man Quote
PMJ Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 I usually ignore MOC posts, just because I browse the site for news, but I must say this is a work of art. The lava is a twist to the usual Classic Space theme, and each structure gives the impression there is almost an entire city in that mountain, which, I suppose there is. How anyone has your talent is beyond me. This is truly mind boggling. Quote
Haldiron Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 Awesome:D A lot of nice details. The lava in combination with the blue/grey colour sceme is a great combination! The round landing platform, the base, the space ship. Everything is awesome! :D\ And nice photographed! Dude, did you just say "Everything is Awesome"?! LOL Quote
mlpaus Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 amazing design brilliant lava design love the look of the tower interesting idea not using the large flat base design of most classic space ships that is Quote
Igniton Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 (edited) This is freakin' awesome! It looks like a huge Classic Space set and the landing pad, because of the way it's build, kinda resembles top of the Milenium Falcon :b Edited July 6, 2017 by Igniton Quote
bjorkan Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 All those before me said what I would say... Quote
taumee Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I'm blown away like all the others here. I love classic space and I love big bases. This is the perfect combination. Looking at your flickr stream, did you repurpose the moon base into inferno base, or do they co-exist? I love the moon base, too and the yellow space ship on it. Simply awesome. Quote
Migalart Posted March 14, 2014 Author Posted March 14, 2014 sorry for my poor english the first version was "cold moon" but i had very little time to make photos - literally 20 min and i was very tired that day i had 16 hours between displays to change coldmoon into inferno, but during exhibition i had enought time to make better photos as i see that INFERNO is very popular i wish to make more photos of cold moon, but it is impossibe, becasue it no longer exists :/ i have only few good photos of cold moon but i try make smothing out of them :) probably i will publish Coldmoon also on this forum, but it will be limited. bricklayer Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 Like someone else said "how anyone has your talent" I will pay you to impart some of your genius.....if thats possible. INCREDIBLE MAN, this is the essence of what lego is about!!! Quote
Cara Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 The blue against the lava is stunning. Lovely job. And what is that room of display cases? Is that yours with all your mocs? Quote
The Architect Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Best lava I've ever seen! Well done being frontpaged and welcome to EB you've certainly made your mark! P.S. Love your rockwork! Quote
Migalart Posted March 16, 2014 Author Posted March 16, 2014 The blue against the lava is stunning. Lovely job. And what is that room of display cases? Is that yours with all your mocs? This is a display organized by someone, with works of more builders including me. Quote
Samwise_Da_Brave Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Wonderful Job. Is there a way to get this in LDD. It would make a wonderful mandolorian base. Quote
