You guys who arrive by plane, let me know when you arrive and I can try to see if there is any bus from the airport to the LEGOland Village, otherwise I think it would be possible to get a taxi.

On my earlier visits to Billund I stayed at the hotel beside the airport terminal and Alfenz and I walked to the park which is near where we are staying. While the airport and cargo terminals are near the park the passenger terminal building is on the opposite side of the runway which means that if you choose to walk you must walk around the perimeter fence. I recollect it to be at least a 20 minute walk which can be quite pleasant if the weather is nice - there are paths. However, we haven't been the most fortunate with weather in Billund at previous events. If its raining its a fairly exposed wet walk. There are taxis - we've used them and I recall seeing buses - not sure where they run to but I can't imagine a bus service to the airport not going to the town itself (and thus passing where you want to go - beside Lalandia)

Dfenz and I are arriving earlier in the afternoon and can collect the 18:20 arrivals and bring them to Lalandia/Chalets. If you want to be collected please PM either Dfenz or myself with flight and contact information. I reckon Dfenz won't be available for late night collections as some alcohol will have been consumed at that stage.

That's very kind of you. I'll send you a PM with the info soon.

Wohooo!

Looking forward to meeting you again/for the first time! :wub_drool:

It's time to think about a countdown again...

It's only 3 kilometers ;)

Few minutes walk = 39 minutes ;)

Oh, my memory has bad feelings at hand when I recall my last walk - with suitcase - from the airport to Legoland Village 6 years ago :sceptic:

Even if you counted wrong - that number was the best thing I read today

It seems that Billund is really small and I don't mind walking, but if that means we miss the dinner, I'd gladly be picked. We'll let you know and thanks for the offer.

I'm signing under this. (same goes for me - wouldn't want to miss dinner).

Oh no!! It's the "make sure You still can look out through the car windows if Copmike goes into a shopping spree" plan.. :sweet:

Will be going with the ferry from Gothenburg at 8:00 ( the 9:15 ferry is cancelled that day(the nice lady from the ferry company informed me last week)

I suppose there will be two cars going from Sweden if I counted the participants correctly.
