Also, any idea where that picture was taken ... I see writings in arabic on the road signs.

My guess would be that truck is moving at a crawling speed. Several large loads like that here in the states move no faster than 15-20 mph.

I decided to build the tow truck. It will have a european style cab.

That's great to here! Will the tow truck functions be manual or will you try to make as many functions motorized as possible?

I only have two IR receivers, so I will probably do some manual functions. I have 7 m motors total. I only have one switch, so I will probably use that one to control another motorized function. Maybe a compressor, so I can control some functions with pneumatics. I am currently working on the cab, which will look like this cab:http://mocpages.com/moc.php/379274

I own only one set of pf lights, and this looked me the best option for lights.

And I have installed a small compressor with one unimog pump:
